ok i am a teenager and i really need help! so i just got my period and there is one problem...when i tried to put in a tampon>>>i couldn't find the hole it goes in :-*( please dont laugh at me...it is extremely embarassing and i dont know what to do... i know it is there though HELP.

A while ago (Nov 25th '06 to be exact...)I was at my sisters house. Shes 19, Im 14, and her boyfriend is 24. I'm tired of staying on a Friday or Saturday night! There's just nothing exciting where I live. I have quite a few friends but we just have nothing to do. What are some fun things that I could do with my friends? We live near a mall and near the movies, but like ... those get really old really fast. Any ideas?

Can someone tell me what type of dress most girls wore on their grade 8 grad?

Like the green one in the second row, or someone simple, or something cute but simple but special material like the two poka dotted ones on the 2nd row?
Because Everyone last year wore like the green one but I was wondering if it's ok to wear like the poka dotted ones, I don't want to be dresing disrespectful or anything.
And what style did most girls have their hair? Leave it normal, striahgt down, Curled down, or tied in a half pony tail and curled?

is this the same thing as douching? i wash the outside of my vagina with body wash and then ill put some on 2 of my fingers and ill slide them in and out of my vagina to clean it. then i take out my fingers, rinse them off and then keep putting my fingers back inside of my vagina until i dont see anymore soap coming out on my fingers. it it ok to clean your vagina like that?

Ok well I think that body is the hip..um put your hands on your butt and move it to the side of your body, that's your hip right?
Well one is slightly higher than the other and it's like sucked in or something so it looks really scary when I'm in my underwear.
Like it should look like ( ) but mine is ) ( which is really scary! maybe because I sleep on my side a lot?

How can I stop being so paranoid? I care too much about the motives of others, and if they're talking about me, etc. I'm so paranoid when I like guys, too, and it messes with my head and distorts everything.
Please help, I'm desperate and miserable.

there's this guy i really like and have been pretty good friends with for more then a year... anyway, we hooked up this one time... and sence then we haven't really hung out outside of school. so because it's spring breack i asked him if he wanted to hang out, he said yes, deffinitly but then the day came for us to hang out and he canceled... but then i said we should get together the ext day instead, he said yes... but the next day came, i drove to his house and he came out and told me that he couldn't hang out again... so my question is, do you think he's avoiding me... or do you think he's just no good at keeping his word?

16/f. I'm still in love with my ex. We broke up at the beginning of June. The break-up wasn't entirly my fault, but I do take a lot of the blame. And I know that if we were to get back together, I would change so much and I would work so hard at it and try to make it last. One problem: the day we broke up he got a girlfriend and they are still together. And she is one of my friends, kind of. But I love him so much, and I want to tell him. I just don't know how to tell him, if I do. I don't know what to say or anything. And he is my best friend and I would hate to lose him if I do tell him. We have gone through a lot in the past and we are fine, it's just right now I don't know. I don't want to lose him. But this is driving me crazy, I just don't know what to do.

I'm in my high school show choir, and for our homework we're supposed to pick a song and say either what it means or what we think it means.(Which it practically the same thing) Anyways I picked the following song.
