no link back on videos

Does anyone know what I would do to the code for my video so that when people click on it double times, it own't link to the youtube page that it originally came from like in this site?

If you look at the source, they insert videos like this:

So I assume that'll get you what you want. Replace the existing URLs with yours. The parameter that actually disables it seems to be "allowNetworking". It's not valid HTML, though, and it could have strange results.
