I need to lose weight by next April for my senior prom!

my name is Rachel and iam 18 and i want to lose weight 40 pounds by next April for my senior prom next school year becouse i want to find the right dress and to do that i need to lose alot of weight and i need to know how to do that a fast and safe way becouse i want to be 103 pounds by next year.
Iam 5'1 and i weigh 142 pounds and i want to be a size 4 when iam a size 10 now.
what i want to know is How many calories should i eat daily?what kinds of foods should i eat?
what kinds of exersizes should i do that would help me lose weight fast.

ok this is not a joke.
i went on my dads computer to do research for a paper we have to write for my science class, and when i went to history he had all this stuff like " hotel sex, gaymen's club" and gross stuff like that and his yahoo email was logged in so i went to it and he had all these messages like "where do you live do you want me to f*ck you or you to f*ck me" and he answered w/ "i live ______ do u have lube and a condom?" (the ____ is where we live" and i like am really scared that he is gay!
and i take after him and i think i might be a lesbian! i really doNOT want 2 be one but i think i am kinda aliitle bit.

whats newer and cooler than an ipod? i dunno.. my cousin told me something, that like ipods arent really that "in" anymore and theres something else.. i forget what its called.. does anyone know the name? and no i dont live near my cousin and it would be weird to just call them to ask that question. thanks :)
like he said that on this thing you can also listen to the radio and such.. also where can i buy an ipod for the cheapest? (dont say ebay). a white ipod nano (can there be colors? unless thats just like the cover. if theres colors, then i'd like a green one.)
