Topical Sillicone Gel

Has anyone ever used a scar cream/medicine called Topical Sillicone Gel before?
When do you put it on and what do you need to see before you stop using it?
My aunt used it and her finger was almost cut in half and there's absolutely no scar at all! My sister has this huge cut on her head so I think she needs to use it and my aunt gave it for me but I forgot when to put it on (when it heals? when it's scabing?)

im not sure this is in the right category but i need to know. Okay so my vagina is not very tight at all..like its not extremely loose but its deff. not tight. I want it to be tighter no guys like loose girls. The only thing that i can think of that would effect me being loose is..i masterbate somewhat,i only go to the bathroom 2-3 times a day (i always have and im used to it),im tall and thin but i dont think that would make a difference. i have homework to do on microsoft access. the thing is, i dont know how to do it! can someone tell me how to do the following things:
---Create a query displaying item Id, Description, Cost, and vendor code for all items where vendor code is TM
---Create a query displaying item id, description, and vendor code with items greater than $10
---Create a query displaying the items that have a vendor code of TM or hae a sellng price of less than $10
The list headings are item id, description, on hand, cost, selling price, and vendor code if you didnt know what i was talking about when i said those things earlier!

oka to make a long story shorth there this guy at my school that i cant stand he gets on my last nerves. One because he always talkin about people eveyday,everytime,every min. Its like getting on my nerves and then he alwayz judge someone on how they dress or he be calling peopl ugly right in front of thier face.And he alwayz hang around girl he dont have any boys as friends just girl and people be saying that he is gay and all that stuff and i think so to casue he walk like a gilr, and talks like one but dont dress like one. losing weight

i'm 5'6" about 140 pounds. is it possible for me to lose about 20 pounds by june? not going extreme or anything. just cutting out ice cream, chocolate, cookies, etc. i'm eating a bowl of special k for breakfast and dinner, a lot of fruit, and a sandwich for lunch.

I need your help deciding what the ideal menu for a public dinner would be.
Not knowing what would be the best dishes to serve is making this an impossible task.
If you will tell me your favorite foods, or point me to your favorite recipes, it would really help a lot.
You can list as many things as you like. They don't have to be fancy things at all. I am all about the comfort food baby! :)
This will be a mixed group of people so I would like to have something for everyone.
Cooking for a banquet is not as hard as trying to figure out WHAT to cook!
