(But I don't really think that anyone should "diet", just change their eating habits to healthier foods. Being healthy should be your goal, with losing weight as a bonus) I've never agreed with the suggestion of replacing two meals with special K. It's great for breakfast, but you should try to get more protien than that at dinnertime.
Well, my two favorite exercises are yoga and pilaties. Both are great for trimming fat and shaping muscle. You can find beginner DVDs at almost every store these days. But it's good to also throw running and weight-lifting into the mix.
But just so you know, your BMI is right in the "normal weight" category. And if you lost 20 pounds, according to the site I just used, you would be almost underweight. [ LoveMeDo's advice column | Ask LoveMeDo A Question ]

If that's all you plan to do, then I'm telling you now there's no way you'll lose 20 pounds.
But that's GOOD, because 20 pounds in 2 weeks is a ridiculously unhealthy amount to try to lose. Especially if you only weigh 140 pounds to begin with.
