If you wanna lose like 15lbs or more before summer, let me tell you now it will not happen. Maybe by the end of the summer & beginning of the school year, but no way before summer.

If you wanna lose weight, just start eating healthier. Cut out junk food, fast food, candy & soda's. Eat veggies, fruits & meats. It's best to eat things that are grilled rather than fried because fried foods tend to have lots of grease. Drink lots of water & milk. Eat yogurt. It helps to lose weight, and they have special yogurt for it. Run & exercise. You can have a healthy diet & still NOT lose weight if there's no exercise. So do both. Do not exercise or eat before bed & you should be set. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
Neuronautas answered Monday May 14 2007, 8:35 pm: My own personal experience, I switched my diet to an Organic, all natural diet. Stop drinking Soda's, Don't eat fast foods and drink lots of water.
Also, I ride my bike for about 2 hours a day. It works, people make fun and accuse me of being annorexic because I lost weight pretty fast.... And I wasn't even trying.. But now I feel awesome.
so just have self control and go organic!
Good luck kid.
