Eating plan (need thin people's advice)

I'm a teenage girl who needs to lose about 20 pounds to be healthy- and I'm working on that now. My problem is- I'll go 2 days with having only 1200 calories... and then the next day i'll feel so deprived and try to only have a little bit of an indulgence (i.e half a cup of ice cream) only i'll just eat liek 4 cups without being able to stop.
I have dance classes 3 days a week- and the other days I try to work out (ill do 20 mins treadmill/20 elliptical/20 stairclimber+random conditioning) so i guess i'm pretty active? but I have a crappy metabolism apparently because i'm still "overweight". I'm an hourglass though so i look fine. I'm 5'2 1/4" and 156 lbs.
So I want to know how many calories I sh...

Thickening my hair.

I have a very thin head of hair. I'd prefer to straighten my hair, but the problem is that my hair has no thickness at all, so the ends don't stay straight and it's really starting to become a bother. Are there any household products that will thicken my hair? If you do suggest something: please send me a google link to support your advice.

let me start out by saying im a very good student. i have A's in every subject. well last night i was up till 2 A.M doing my homework, and i forgot to do this one science worksheet. today in class, i asked my friend, lets call her Julie, for her worksheet so i can copy it. she gave it to me with no problem. bad move, i know. well i was doing it and the teacher caught me, she just took the paper and said i will talk to you guys later. so later, she called me and julie down to the classroom and asked what happened. i told my teacher that i was over julie's house for a long time and i didnt have time do to my homework so julie felt bad and gave it to me. julie said that i took the paper without asking her, and that is such a frickin lie! she G...

does anyone know of some kind of perfume that smells tropical?? cause like, my sister got me this lip gloss, and it is called "tropical colada". so i want some perfume that smells kinda like coconut-ish. idk. i don't know how to explain it. lol. sorry. i hope i got my point across somehow. hehe. bye!

ok so im making my boyfriend for our sixth montha a journal of us. like im putting in things that weve done pictures a couple poems and a couple pages of the things hes done that makes me love him. i was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas of what to put in them. any ideas will help and be greatly appreciated :)

just a concern.i've just noticed that wenevr i get fingered i bleed a little...it does not hurt i just see a little blood. i've only been fingered 3times...the 1st time i bled a little and the the 2nd time i didnt at firts but after my boyfriend and i stopped i noticed some blood on his fingers. the same thing happend the 3rd time. is something wrong? i am 17 years old.

k well first i'm 13 and a girl and i really like this guy i mean we've only hung out a few times but i've had an on-and-off crush on him since the first day we met. the other day i went to his house and at first it was kinda awkward but then we started making out and we went to his room. once i realized everything i was all like "no you have a girlfriend you can't do this with me." and he was all like "but i might break up with her." and i was really confused i mean i really like him and this was like wow. I convinced my self what she doesn't know won't hurt her...right?
so we had sex but for some reason it wasn't what i expected and it was just disapointing. i mean this is the guy i've liked for a least h...

So me and this guy that I'm talking to we cuddle a lot, but he only gives me these childish kisses. its annoying me, i want him to kiss me for real, but I'm going to let him come when the time is ready for him...i guess, what should i say for him to really kiss me, or do??? and he also works a lot like 12 hours a day, five days a week. Is that good??? he gets a lot of money, but i want more time with him, and there about to make him manager, is that going to make it worse????

I know it's not quite healthy to alter your menstrual cycle, but is there any way I can shorten it? I started on Saturday and it's usually a week long, but I'm really hoping that it will be done by Thursday.

I dont have a crush on anyone because I have been getting over 3 guys who I used to like at the all the same time. But now, I really hate not liking someone. It just makes me feel really lonely. Life is boring. And no one is really cute in my school to like. So I really hate this. My sister has a huge crush on the most populariest guy in her school. But ME, I hate this. Im ususally the super boy crazy type of girl. Why do I feel this way? It feels like the time to like anyone is never.

Ok so today 5/20/07 is me and my boyfriends 6 month anniversary and on thursday I had a break down because he was spending to much time with his best friend (who is a girl) he stays over at her house and sleeps in her bed and it pisses me off. So I flipped out on myspace and they got pissed. me and my boyfriend fixed everything and he spends more time with me now. He asked his friend if she would let me be involved in activities that they do and she keeps saying "yea since she's so jelous " blah blah blah....
She keeps dragging it out and doing stuff to make me jelous.
my first question is
1.) How do I piss her off more?
2.) How do I tell her to quit dragging things out like my 5 year old brother and grow up? Without punching her in the face?
