okay so my friend is throwing a graduation party at her house and like 70 people are coming. me and her were making all these plans [where everything should go,what she should give out, etc] and she asked me if i could help her with music.
she wants like fun music that you can dance to.. like hip hop and stuff..but it can be rock or w/e if its a good dance song
soo anyone got some good songs?

Okay i usually use secret deotorant, but lately it hasnt seemed to be working well. i'm really embarassed but i get really stiny and sweaty! is there any other kinds of deotorant i can use that will work better? i need help please!

Eating healthy and exercise

16/f (I'm not overweight- 5'5" 135 lbs 25% body fat)
I'll get straight to the point. I don't eat healthy and the only exercise I get is rolling around in my sleep. I am going to change my eating and exercise habits. Not WANTING to, GOING to. I just want to know if I run for an hour and only eat healthy foods (mainly organic food) how long will it take for me to notice a difference? Like how much weight will I lose in, say, a week or something?

I'm a teenage girl who has been overweight (and, at times, obese) for her whole life. I am now only about 20 pounds overweight, and I look good because I'm an hourglass body type. But I feel like people view me as "this fat redheaded girl" instead of a normal person and it makes me very depressed and inhibited and self-conscious.
My main problem is my obsession with my body and my weight. For my whole life (even as a 3-year-old) all I have ever been able to think is "oh my god im sosososososo fat and disgusting. ew. my thighs are so gross ohmygodddd and my stomach hangs over my shorts EW!" and those are the constant thoughts going through my head. Dance dance

So we have this spring/summer dance at school and i got everything ready. I'm really ready it's like Friday and I bought this shoe. I love this shoe to death..but it's high. Like 2.5-3 inches. I'm a tall girl as is...So when i wear them I'm like about 5'8" or 5'9", I'm 15/f. I wana dance and have fun..so are those shoes okay or should i get some new shorter heeled ones? BTW the guys and girls who are going at around my age group (cause it's our grade plus grade 10).

I'll cut to the point and lets just say... Basically i have a 'problem' or an 'issue' i suppose, that isnt a major problem right now, but im sure it will be in a few years to come. My lifes not bad at all, in fact theres nothing wrong with it at all, so whats the problem?... I feel my lifes just pointless at times which really does get me down, i dunno why i feel like this, i just do. My life just seems like it should end sometimes, i have thought about self harming and even suicide, but i could never put my parents through that, which is why ive been thinking about it in maybe a few years time. Ive recently been to see a doctor as i dont eat, sleep or concentrate well, There i was told i was 'deeply depressed' which really didn't help.

my bedroom is pretty bland. it's a peanut butter-y color and is really basic.
i'm going to get a futon instead of my bed and i'm going to redo my walls. but i don't know what i should do. my parents have an issue with bright colors- so what are some cool things to do on my walls that wouldn't be too hard, or too expensive but is still cute and chic?
