urgh well my friend...
ok my friend was going out with this one guy let's call him JOE. let's call her ANNE. Ok so JOE was ANNE's first boyfriend this year and she had only had 2 other boyfriends. well this weekend i went on a trip to a different state. ANNE went on the trip with me JOE was not on the trip. Well there wasnt enough seats because i was sitting with my other friend lets call her RACH. Well anways my friend had to sit with this boy let's call him FRANK. Well ANNE got to know FRANK on this ride and they started to like each other. THEN ANNE was laying on FRANK. (don't forget ANNE is still going out with JOE.) When we got to the hotel ANNE was like i dont no what to do because i really like FRANK but i dont want to break up with JOE. Well the next day ANNE holds hands with FRANK on the bus (this was a school trip so there was about 80 kids about half were on this bus) Then we get off the bus to go shopping. ANNE decides to call JOE and break up with him but all she says is hi can we put our relationship on hold and he says what? then she hung up. Well then on the school trip the next place was to see an education movie fun! lol. anyways in that movie FRANK and ANNE make out. but ANNE is still going out with JOE because when JOE said what it wasnt a omg wtf! what is was a what, what did you say kind of what. so JOE thought him and ANNE were still going out and they still kinda were. So then my friend RACH goes and calls JOE and tells him everything that happened and JOE is so mad. But ANNE doesnt know that RACH called him. well after making out with FRANK the whole trip finds out and everyone hates her and calls her a slut and says i feel bad for JOE. Well that night at the hotel ANNE cries and asks me and RACH we say ANNE never do this again. So the next day we get on the bus to go home. and ANNE sits by this other guy lets call him BOB. Well BOB decides he likes ANNE. At a rest stop ANNE tells me she likes BOB and she thinks she'll go with him because FRANK was yelling at her for talking to BOB before BOB liked ANNE. so we get back on the bus and the next thing you know ANNE is laying on BOB. So now everyone in our school knows and hates ANNE and now ANNE says she loves JOE again but JOE says he wont take her back JOE told ANNE she has to prove to him she will never do this again what can she do to prove this?

Well, first things first.. Why is this any of YOUR business unless you were using names to make it not about you? Personally, if it's not about you, you should let her fend for herself.
Your friend seems kind of confused. She's obviously not ready to be dating and obviously not in love. I think she needs to focus on something other then guys for a while until she can correct herself and stick to.. Oh you know.. ONE guy. Anyways, yeah. Joe seems like a smart guy not taking her back.
