Crest Whitestrips Supreme - From Dentist

At the dentist today, we were discussing whitening techniques. She said typically she would not suggest that a person of my age use any type of bleach on their teeth but I am an exception. She said I have unusually strong enamel and that it would be fine to use them for a couple of days.
She ran out of Crest Whitestrips Supreme (that you can only get at the dentist) so she gave me 2 top ones and 4 bottom ones. Can I use one of the bottom ones on my top teeth?
Going back to ask my dentist isn`t an option right now, otherwise I would ask her personally.

Kyocera Strobe/bluetooth

Okay I just bought my kyocera strobe today, but it wont let me use blue tooth to get ringtones and stuff from my friends... does anyone have any idea why? should I take it to us cellular and have them fix it or what? Please help me out here!

Summer Camps

I've pretty much had it with overnight camps, but this summer I'm going to go back to one that i've never been to before because i'll just be at home and completely bored the whole time if I don't. And, plus, i'm older now, so I think i can handle it better than i used to.
I'd appreciate any tips on how to prevent homesickness and to be able to talk to people (i can be really introverted) and have fun. like how to get the most out of this. it's two weeks.
I've heard some really bad things about the camp directors there, and now i'm worried about that.
Also could someone reccomend a musical theater camp that starts and ends in the month of august? It doesn't matter wha...

Changing Office Vista to Office XP

I bought a new laptop recently and it had a free 60 day trial of Office Vista on it. The free trial ran out so I uninstalled it then tried to install Office XP from a cd I got with my last computer but I had lots of trouble, with it saying I did not have permission from the administrator (which is me anyway...) Eventually my boyfriend helped me out and got it installed after about 30 minutes of trial and error. The thing is, now I want to be able to help my sister do the same thing (my boyfriend doesn't remember what he did, seeing it was pretty much random things here and there until it started working). She lives on the other side of the world so we can't go over and help her, I'd have to email her instructions. Long question, but I'm bas...

OK, this is very weird & sorry, I had no idea what to put it under. Anyway, for some reason, when I eat a meal, I never ever eat the last bite. I mean I'm sure I could if I really tried, but, it usually just happens that there is that little last piece that I feel I can't eat! Everyones is like, "oh, you can't eat that last little bit?" But, I just don't do it. Any ideas on why this is so normal for me?

Healthy eating & exercise

So I've just overcome an eating disorder I nearly started out of desperation to lose weight.
If I was to eat healthily, walk 20 minutes a day (Up really steep hills and stuff) and do about 50 sits ups a day do you think that would help me lose weight?

Im 13/f and been going out with this guy for 5 months almost 6 months. Everyday on the phone after we were done he goes, okay i got to go now, bye, love ya and i go ok bye love ya. but lately he has only been saying bye, and not even calling some nights. and i cant help but think he doesnt love me. :( am i paranoid? am i just crazy?
what are some signs of guys not loving you anymore?
i dont know about you but i think im crazy

makeup

with my makeup, i wondering how i could do it differently. I have very large blue eyes with VERY long eye lashes. All i do now is put on a little bit of foundation to even things out, and no blush or anything because my cheeks are already VERY red then I put VERY little eyeliner on my top eye lid along with mascara on the top and bottom lashes, and then eye liner on the bottom of my eye lids.
i want to still look presentable, but i want to change things up, any ideas?

Blocking out my feelings?

You could say that I can't "get into the moment." Its very hard for me to feel "fun" and just let go. While everyone else is haing a great time or when when everyone around me is feeling the spirit I just can get my mind into it. I'm either obsevering the moment or just can't focuse. I remeber reading the scriptures with my dad and I could feel it -- it was sort of a happiness and joyful just popping out of me.I also remember when me and my two friends where with one of her "crazy" brothers (lol) and we were doing 160's and 360's in the car --it was total excitment. Is there something wrong with me? Anyway to let go and put theses boarders down?

while me and my bf have sex, hell cum inside. and im on birth control. but after sex and were done i have to quickly grab a towel and have it thea for when he pulls out. after the sex, i leak. like my body rejects the semen or somethin. its not like im a slut or anything and it happens because im loose, because i lost my virginity to him in just december. it wasnt like this for the first couple months but then it started happening. and like i stp leakin for a lil while after i clean up, but it still comes out when i walk around, like 5 mins after.... i dont know.. is this normal??? or is something wrong with me???

New school

I am going to a new school next year and i met a couple of people. there is a really cute boy who is totally down to earth and really nice and funny. he hangs out with the people i know, and ive met him a couple of times. how can i get him to like me like i like him. (sorry for all the likes)

my boyfriend gives me compliments all the time, and they're always sweet. i'm completely unused to getting compliments and i rarely ever give them, and i can't think of anything to say. any ideas of serious compliments that don't sound to corny or rehearsed. i just want to be able to say something. everytime i try it comes out sounding bad. plz help me with ideas.

ok, this is something that may seem small, but it's driving me crazy. i'm going out with this guy right now. he is so sweet and he came up with this really cute nickname for me, and i love it. now i want to come up with one for him, but i just can't get one that sounds right, or doesn't sound too mushy. he has the prettiest blue eyes i've ever seen, but i can't think of anything other than calling him blue eyes which sounds really dumb. i could use suggestions, cause as small a thing as it is, i could really use help on it.

dying my eyebrows

my hair is light brown,and my eyebrows are black. so i was thinking, that if i dye my hair dark brown and my eyebrows dark brown, i'll match more. but my question is , is it bad to dye your eyebrows? even if i get it done at a salon and everything? my mom doesnt want me to but i dont see why i cant. do you think its a good idea? any useful tips, if you want to see a picture i'll try to find one. k thanks byee.

i love my body. i admit. if i could change one thing about my body, it would be to make my legs sexier.
i have thick thighs. i want my legs SKINNIER, not more muscular.
does anyone have any REALLY specific advice? not just, "eat healthy & excercise." but eating a SPECIFIC food [ like apricots or something ] & specific excercise? any other tricks?
