thighss.

Question Posted Monday June 18 2007, 10:24 pm

i love my body. i admit. if i could change one thing about my body, it would be to make my legs sexier.

i have thick thighs. i want my legs SKINNIER, not more muscular.

does anyone have any REALLY specific advice? not just, "eat healthy & excercise." but eating a SPECIFIC food [ like apricots or something ] & specific excercise? any other tricks?

There is no way to just make your thighs alone thinner... But in my opinion- "sexy" legs aren't skinny. They are slender or average, but slightly muscular.

But if you increase the amount of cardio you're doing and cut your calories some, you will lose weight off your legs.

hope i helped
