Healthy eating & exercise

Question Posted Monday June 18 2007, 11:46 pm

So I've just overcome an eating disorder I nearly started out of desperation to lose weight.

If I was to eat healthily, walk 20 minutes a day (Up really steep hills and stuff) and do about 50 sits ups a day do you think that would help me lose weight?

Any type of exercise would help lose weight. Don't do anything extensive until it becomes a daily or weekly routine. Make sure you eat healthy. It's okay to eat some junk food but make sure whatever you do it isn't hurting yourself mentally or physically.
