Kyocera Strobe/bluetooth
Okay I just bought my kyocera strobe today, but it wont let me use blue tooth to get ringtones and stuff from my friends... does anyone have any idea why? should I take it to us cellular and have them fix it or what? Please help me out here!

actually service doesnt matter. bluetooth has nothing to do with service, its just something on the phone. however, some phone companies do put locks on the phone, to make it impossible to use bluetooth to transfer files. the proper way to do it, is to use the phone thats sending to initiate. make sure bluetooth is enabled on both phones, and that both phones are set to discoverable mode. if both phones have the file transfer capability it shouldnt be a problem. could you be more specific? how is it not working?

Are you connected to Bluetooth? Have you named your phone and set up an account? If you haven't, that's probably why you can't.
Also, I think you can only get ringtones from other U.S. cellular customers. Meaning, if your friends have Verizon/AT&T, or other companies and your trying to exchange ringtones, you can't.
