I have realized that I need to become more active, which will result in a whole liefstyle change.
I want to start riding my bike, and become more lean and fit. If I ride my bike for about 30-45 minutes, say a few times a week, at a pretty fast pace- will I burn a lot of calories?
What places on my body does riding my bike target, because I want to lose the fat on my stomach, and thighs. So, will biking help me with my goal, and will it help me get a flat stomach?
I am also eating very well, and incorporating crunches, and sit ups in my routine, as well as squats.

broken sidekick id

I've only had my Sidekick ID for a month and it already broke. I didn't drop it or do anything to it and the "Jump" button snapped off and it's only on 3 quarters of the way. It looks bad and I can't buy a new one. Do you think they can fix it? Because it looked like it came unscrewed or something.

Glitter Acrylic Nail Tips

Has anyone here ever gotten their nails done with a glitter french tip? Everytime I asked for it, the technician keeps telling me that the glitter nail polish itself is too light for the color to show up. How did you get it? I've heard of colored acrylic, are they supposed to used that instead? Should I bring in a picture to show them? Thanks in advance for your help.

Play Football

Hi I am a student at a school in Alabama that does not have a football team. We have other sports teams like soccer and basketball but no football. Could I play football for another nearby school while remaining at the first school. Please I really need a straightforward answer on this one.

Today I put in a tampon for the first time. I had to push alot for it to go in for like 3 seconds, but then it just slid in. Is that normal, or is it supposed to just slide the whole time? Then, after it was in and everything, I felt it inside me, but it wasn't really uncomfortable. So I took it out. Did I feel it because it was't in far enough? Also, after I took it out, the tampon was like all open, is that normal? Thanks!

what is the best way to remove hair on your upper lip.
i tried the cream to remove hair but i always have short hairs left over. i don't want to shave it off. and plucking hurts.

okay, im 15/f and im pretty, I always had a boyfriend, and guys would call me hot and all. But my teeth are kinda messed up. My bottom are PERFECT!. But my top are messed up. Okay.. my front two teeth are a little tilted in. Then those "fang" teeth are weird too. My one is okay, its not bad i could live with it, but my main problem is my other fang tooth. I still have 3 baby teeth left and that fang tooth is growing on top of my baby. So its pushed out, like sticking out.
Now im a cheerleader, And i hate to smile bc of my teeth. People at my school are use to it i guess, and never say anything about it. But its when im with other people. How can i be more confident with my teeth like they are? And be more happy during che...

Excruciating pain in legs and feet.

Upon waking in the morning, my feet are swollen and extremely painful. Then when I attempt to get out of bed the pain is so much that I can almost not walk or move. However if I do get up and start moving despite the pain I feel better. If it helps, I am 28 and a mother of two...and also having extreme fatigue, but I've tested not positive for another pregnancy.
This also happens if I sit still for any length of time, ie watching a movie, reading a book...anything that keeps me stationary.
Any ideas what this could be?
Help much appreciate!

I'm thirteen and I guess you could say i'm Catholic. My family goes to church every week, but I don't even feel good when I go. I feel like it's all a big lie, God and Jesus and Heaven and Hell. So one of my best friends, who I met freshman year, she was really shy and quiet, and got nervous really easily, just got her first boyfriend, we will be juniors next year. So I've had time to get ot know her and she's great.
Except the guy that asked her out, she showed no interest in at first, but its like since he asked her out and there 'dating' she's a whole different person. I dont think she's used to the attention, she blows me off now to hang out with him, sure he;s really nice. Except I dont think she knows how to deal with it all.
