sleep/eating ?

so im 5'3, 17 years old, 120 pounds. im trying to get to about 115. anyways, ive been doing cardio almost everyday probably 6 days a week, and lifting weights about 2 days a week. i eat about 1400 calories a day. sometimes at night i cant sleep ill be rolling around in bed for about an hour seriously it sucks. so ill get up and watch a little tv and eat a snack. usually something about 200 calories worth. then about an hour later ill finally beable to fall asleep. is this okay? will i still lose weight or will this make me gain weight? this has been happening about twice a week lately.. i really want to lose this 5pounds quick and im working out a lot so i wouldnt think this should affect it much but what do you guys think?

Here's my Q Im gonna start working out and I'm really serious about it and I want advice and I don't want people talking about diet I know that's as important I just wanna know any good training techniques for getting a six pack and to work out my legs and especially losing wieght on my thighs.

I'm 21 years old, female, and hovering between 240 and 250 lbs. Size 16, if that helps... so it sits pretty okay on me, but I'm not happy with it.

I was always really fit in high school, always around 180 lbs of pure muscle (I actually hold a black belt in karate), and even after starting university I managed to avoid the freshman 15. However, I went through a very stressful time in my life, and ended up gaining about 70 lbs over the course of 2 years. In the past couple of summers, I have managed to lose 30 or 40 lbs with relative ease, but as soon as I'm back at home, I gain it all back.

This summer, I'm living in my own house, and my husband will be gone for 4 months (he's with the military). I'm thinkin...

I'm "big" for my age...>< I hate being over-weight! But it's in my DNA...On my rough days, I get really depressed that that's why I haven't had my first boyfriend/date/kiss... Lately, it's been more concerning I'm 15/f! I'm glad I have my breast, people mistake/mistoke me for a boy before they came along! I'm still worried that no guy likes me...being home-schooled probally doesn't help but I do weekly activeties!T_T
Point being, does being fat pervent me from having a normal teenaged life(boys,crushes[I've only had 2 my whole life],friends)? I know I'm not a good flirt & I'm a tiny-bit shy ,but does this fat prevent boys&crushes?!

Ok, so I'm 19/m lost mad weight and now I'm trying to look alittle better everything on me is skinny for the most part but my belly and I was woundering if there's anything I could do to lose the belly.... also I was woundering what work outs I could do at home (I don't got a gym membership can't really afford that or weights) like pecs, bicep, calf, forearm.. so just any little thing just to help me look better would be a big help. am i eating enough calories

Okay i am thirteen and i don't know if i am eating enough calories. I an 5'0 and 123 pounds. They say if you do not eat enough calories you can gain weight but i eat like that any time i attempt to lose weight. thet day i also exercised for 30 minutes. a quarter of grains, a quater of protein and half of

Breakfast : 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, slice of a cantalope, half a pear, 1 cup of milk

snack: dannon light and fit yogurt blueberry
30 min of excersise

...Milk
Lunch: quarter plate of rice,quarter of salmon,1/2 a cup of spinach and 1/2 a cup of onions

snack: pear

Dinner: 1/2 a plate of black peas with no skin or shell, 1/4 plate of rice, 1/4 plate...

Upper arms

I'm 21/f.
Usually I'm the one answering these questions, but this is an issue I've had my whole life, no matter how hard I hit the gym, or how healthily I eat - My diet at the moment has been a bit off because I'm in my last couple of weeks of college, working three jobs, and occasionally can't find the time to eat anything substantial (so I either don't eat, or wind up having a handful of trail mix in the span of eight hours...it's bad, I know. I'm fixing it when I have time.)
My abs are flat and defined; my legs are fine. My butt is toned, my lower back is good - no love handles or anything. My upper back, I know how to fix, but haven't had the time. My forearms are fine.

stomach exercises

17/f. i have a slight fat pack on my lower stomach. im skinny and wear a size 1 but i really dislike it. are there any workouts that specifically target the lower stomach? crunches dont help at all.

working out

so lately ive been indulging in food i guess.. a lot. i usually workout 6 days a week, cardio for 80 minutes 6 days a week (usually split it 40minutes / 40 minutes) and 2 days a week i do weight training.
but probably about every 4 days i have an "indulging" night. idk why i just come home and i laydown and im like shit i need sugar. and i end up having a lotttt of bad food. but i realize ive been working out quite a lot will i still lose weight? or will i gain weight?

anybody with experience with Hydroxycut MAX please tell me your experiecne?! did it work for you? i just started using this a couple days ago and have been working out and eating more healthy. i want to lose 6 pounds in the next 2 weeks? will hydroxycut help me reach this goal? i plan to workout for about an hour a day 6 times a week.

30lbs in 5 months

Hey I just want to know how I can slim my legs down? I want them to be really thin. I'm 13 and 147 pounds I want to be atleast 120. So over the summer I want to lose about 30 pounds. What exercises can I do? Should I run alot during the summer? Bcuz Imma start running everyday for about 30 minutes til the end of summer. And like I'm drinking only water for the rest of the summer too! So any and all advice will help! But please dont leave anything saying that you don't need to be losing that much weight!

Docs told me to lose weight, where do I start?

I need to lose weight. My BMI is higher than it should be and my blood pressure is up. I know that Im overweight and the doctors told me this. I need to lose weight but where do I start?

I dont want to just cut out all junk food straight away because I know i will crave it more and end up giving it in so I want to kind of cut out fast food, then snacks and so on.

Also I dont want to jump in doing 3 hours exercise or something I want to start off with slower exercise. Whats the best to lose weight on your stomach area?

If you can help, I would really appreciate it. x
