how to lose weight

Whats the easiest way to lose all around body fat?
and please don't say diet pills. or plans.
just simple workouts.
and food related things would be n ice.

I doubt diet pills help very many people. There's really no good evidence to suggest that they actually work. Good workouts for weight loss are aerobic, like running, biking, or swimming. Naturally, these types of workouts are more effective when they're longer. Less than 30 minute workouts are good for maintaining health, but the effects of exercise seem to be much more pronounced if the regular workout is 30 mins or longer.
