When the smoke clears, it is really down to calories in vs calories out. If your net caloric intake is lower than what you burn, you will still lose weight. From the sound of your routine, it would really surprise me if that one day would stop you from losing weight (though once every 4 days is a lot for having a cheat day).
No one can tell you this for sure without knowing your stats, workout intensity, exact caloric intake etc. Even then the best thing to do is just monitor your progress. Weight yourself say once a week, under the same conditions and at the same time of day.
However again, from the sound of your routine, it seems as though you burn too many calories to stop losing weight. ]
