Hello. I just had a beautiful baby girl six weeks ago and I'm wanting to lose the baby weight. I havr=e been doing some jogging. What I'm wondering is do you have any other exercises or descriptions of some yoga postions to help the process of losing weight move along a little faster?

you want to do that at least three times a week for 30 minutes. the more you exercise the faster you will loose weight.
jogging is cardio, which burns fat. you might also want to do some strength training for muscle tone, which burns calories while you are sedentary (like sit ups, push ups, resistance bands, etc.). and i know jogging almost everyday could get kind of boring, so try switching it up! jog one day, taibo the next day (you could rentbuy a work out video), power walking another day, and then kick boxing. there are many others alternatives to, like jump roping. though being a mother sometimes can be exhausting enough!
along with exercise make sure you are eating healthy and in the correct portions. some people need structure to help them loose weight. my grandmother looses a pound or two a week on weight watchers, so i highly recommend that diet, i have tried it myself and it is not that hard! they guide you through the whole process. i have also checked out the book "the carbohydrates addict diet" and have tried that. i did loose weight, but it is an extremely rigorous diet.
or if you prefer to not follow a set guidelines then just make sure you try to eat the least amount of processed food you can and increase the amount of fresh vegetables you eat.
