stomach fat exercises n what is it

what kind of exercises can i do that work the best for the stomach area under your belly button??
..and another question is that my stomachs pretty flat but below my belly button chubs out alot. is that fat or something else??

This is what I am working on right now. What I have learned is that when I work my ab muscles they build and tend to push out my belly fat making me look fatter. Cardio excercise, such as arobics, may help you to lose your belly but you have to remember that the belly is the hardest place to lose fat. You could try crunches as some people think they work. You could also try playing tennis. You could also take a look at these web pages. www.webmd.com/fitness-excerise, ezinearticals.com/?flatbellyworkouts, www.weightlosspills.com/flatten-your-belly.html This last one says pill but they do have 4 excerises with pictures.

it is fat. pretty much everyone has it. but you can get rid of it by cardio exercises since cardio will burn fat. when you do sit ups and such it just builds muscle under the fat. but you still need to do the strength training because muscles burn calories while you are sedentary.
so the best thing to do is run, jog, briskly walk, dance, jump rope, anything that gets your heart rate up!
