Work exp

hey, i really want to be an advice columnist when im older, but the thing is, i need to do work experience first. the concept itself is okay, its just the fact that the only bit near me that i could go to is a newspaper, and that doesn't appeal to me much.
So what im asking is is there any other forms of work experience that i could do?

Bypass

My school has a Smartfilter DA that blocks certain sights based on games. I have access to a lower administrator account and can access changing the password of a net user administrator. Anyone know how to bypass this filter and play the games I want (I know the sites dont have viruses). Or, anyone know how I can change the password (It comes up "type in new password for user", but I can't type anything in).

i used to be best friends with this group of girls. the main girl in this group was very controlling and two of my closest friends broke away from us. the main leader of our group then starrting to say some rude and nasty things about them, and i felt that i should had told them so i did. then she accussed me of lying to her which was untrue. so we broke up and now me and my other friends watch out for each other. a week later i find out that she is spreading rumours about me and acting like she is innocent. she is now in control of a new group of friends and i want to warn them what she is capable of but im unsure of how to go about it? please help before she ruins more peoples lives.

I'm a 29 yr old female. Don’t know how to explain this, but I have a friend, actually "friends with benefits" sorta thing, whom I used to hangout with all the time, dance with, go clubbing, hang out with his friends, so we were like buddies…and YES we have been “physical”.

I have a big scab on my head. cause i tryed to pop a pimple the other day and it didnt really work too well. so yea i have a huge scab and its soo embarassing and i cant cover it up well cause the concealer loks brown over it, so i was wondering, what is the festest way to clear this up? i need to have it gone by next friday (9 days) should i try and dry it out? or use neoporin? plese help

Well my english teacher is making me type an essay on why he should give me an A. you see i wrote it and i gave it to him and i used because i work hard, i try,and im here everyday.. he said that would benefit me adn not him so he said i have to re write it so that it will benefit him as well. keyboard sticky!

I spilled lemonade on my keyboard. Only on a few keys.. so I tried pouring it all out & using the blow dyer so the keys don't get completely stuck. So it's sticky and I don't know what to do.. I don't have money for a new keyboard.
How would you clean it?

Difference between latin/asian/white

Well my boyfriend said he likes latin girls a lot and I'm like white...but he keeps on saying that he likes latin girls around me.is that wierd?
also,can anyone possibly help me distinguish white/asian/latin?
the thing is,when I see a white person,I know he/she is white..same goes for asians
However for latins,I can't differentiate them at all,some look like dark asians,so really do look like whites(as in pure whites) and I can't really see their defined characteristic compared to whites,asians or blacks which you can tell at first sight.and oh yeah,some latins also look like asian american. So how do you tell? any pics?

Okay name codes. My friend who asked us to comment his MySpace formal pictures will be called "Chris" my friend who had the conversation with me will be called "Adrienne" and "Chris'" friend shall be called "Tyson"
Okay, well Chris asked a few of his friends to comment his formal pictures, as a joke me Adrienne were having a conversation through his pictures. One of the pictures was a picture of Tyson with his hair all over his face, so me and Adrienne said the picture LOOKED emo, and we made it very clear it was a joke.

He stares at me sometimes, and is one of my rlly good guy friends. People have told me that he likes me but he hasn't rlly actually told that he did. I don't know what i think... The problem is that he is one of the "popular" guys and in order to like someone, he must like some "popular" girl, I'm not a popular girl which makes me think he definately doesn't like me... OK so I have been with my boyfriend for nearly a year now and i always thought he was super good looking but I kinda got used to it.
He always compliments me and says i am the hot one, but lately i have come to realise that he is actually way better looking than me. I took him to a party and i had 3 seperate people comment to me on how good looking he is, and then the next day someone else did.

Well the other night, I had my boyfriend over at my house and we were up late talking. I decided to model some really short shorts I have for him. I've never worn shorts before for him so I thought it'd be a nice treat. So I put them on and asked his opinion. He said they looked nice, but I could tell he had other ideas. I started talking to this ridiculously sweet guy a few months ago. I absolutely love being around him and every time i'm with him i find myself smiling and laughing. I love being with him! We talked about dating, and we both said that we REALLLLLY like each other, but he nor i want a commitment.
As time goes on, i want a commitment with him, and i know he has a lot going on and that he doesn't want one.
is there anything i can do to help him? not to like.. pressure him into dating me, but feel more comfortable around me.
it pretty much feels like we're dating, but we're not.

ok so i've been applying at a job at Publix since APRIL. and oh my word they are very stingy. the only place close to me is publix, and im not allowed to take the bus anywhere by myself and i have yet to get a car. so i just need a job at this one publix.
im 15 and ive talked to all of the managers and they always say "write your name down and we'll take a look at your application." but they never look at it, like im a joke.
so, i need tips on how i can get a job there. i applied for the bagging position and today i typed up a resume. its not very impresive since i have no work experience, but you have to start somewhere.
anyways, any tips? also if you worked at publix before, tell me ...

screen resolution

my screen resolution is set to 800 by 600 pix which makes everything huge, i hate that. i want tit to 1024 by 700 pix but when i change it to that, it loses quality and everything is a blur, its because when i set the screen to 1024 is forces the color quality to be medium and i can't have highest color unless i use a 800 screen resolution. what to i do to fix this?

Help Consoling My Freinds with Grieving

How do you help sumone grieving or preparing to say good bye to a loved one. My bff just lost a girl she used to know at her school and its been really hard for her. I keep telling her its ok and to let herself grieve but then heal and help her school heal cause they are all grieving. and telling her all of our prayers are here and stuff. i think shes getting to be ok. but now my bgf who well we both love each other romantically but arent dating yet. but we are close enough we practically are. anyways he just told me they are going to see his uncle and say bye cause he has stage 4 cancer and its getting pretty serious. he almost never shows a lot of emotion but today he just wanted to talk. sumtimes we didnt even say anything he just wanted...

Ok is Halls drops and Halls Vitamin C drops still helping your throat?
My throat hurts so bad and I cna't eat those realyl hot ones cuz they taste gross so i got a pack of the fruity ones and then alter I realized this pack said Vitamin E/C.
Do they still help your throat too or are just just, vitamin candy?
