Really hurting

See this guy that I was with for 2 and a half years, decided that about a week ago that we shouldn't be friend anymore. We've known eachother almost 6 yrs. And Well he decided that it wouldn't be good to be friends with me anymore. It still hurts really bad, because of all the times that I need my friends it's like no one's there. I'm married and he made some dumb exscuse of why he wasn't able to tend the wedding when he said he was going to attend at least the reception. So I use to work at a mcdonalds but I had to quit because I didn't have transportation to get there on time and to get back home but I ended up making myself look really bad when I decided not to show to work on a busy day and also by quitting the next day . I really am starting to regret quitting especially because there's a bus and train to get there and because I really need the money right now....so I guess my question how can I get my job back ? How can I talk to my manager and convince her enough to let me come back after making her look bad by stoodn her up on a busy day and leaving the next day? Please I'm willing to do anything to work again.

I tend to get really shy and dont know what to say to people Im just meeting. Like with my friends im comfortable with with them so i can say anythign and im fine with that. But like i dont know how to keep a conversation going while meeting knew people because i freeze and Dont know what to say at all. :/ what should I do?

i dont have alot of acne, like its not bad enough to have to go to a dermatologist but proactiv doesnt really work for me. Does anyone know any kind a face wash that gets rid of it really well?

okay well i really like this kid and well like i went to his house one day and we like use to hookup and we stopped for a while then that day i kissed him bc i missed him so much and he kissed me back. i told him that i missed kissing him and then he started kissing me and like then i was just lookin at him and he pulled my head to kiss him nd said what else did you miss and stuff happened yeah...well everytime i think of him those words keep running through my head "what else did you miss" and i get the tingles from it. does this mean anything bc it just keeps running through my head

me and my boyfriend have been going out for 2 1/2 weeks and before i went out with him i had a crush on his friend tom. i noticed that tom liked me bc he asked for my cell phone and was about to put his number in but there was another tom in my contact list and he got upset about it and whenever he talked to me he would come up with random things to talk to me about. i tried to be friends with tom but he never got to the point of asking me out. obviously tom didn't tell anyone that he liked me bc then him and my bf would be in a fight. i am not really into my bf that much, now hes kinda turning me off and we not reallydo anything that much but he asked me to the movies yesterday and i couldn't go bc i was busy. now whenever i try to talk to...

I like people who talk alot because I enjoy listening to what they have to say. Also, the more talking they do, the less you have to do. However, for some reason, some people don't like people who talk all the time, and i can't imagine why. As long as they don't talk only about themselves (and they're good listeners) then I don't see what the problem is. To me, they seem like good conversationalists and are the type of people you'd want to hang out with. They're good entertainers who always have something to say. Since some people disagree, I want to know, is it really better to be a person who talks all the time, or not? Thanks
