leg wound

i'm writing a book and one character gets stabbed in the upper leg. it needs to be a pretty bad wound cause another character is a doctor and fixes it.
problem 1 - the book is set in a time where there are no hospitals. so this has to be done in a forest where they are camping.
problem 2 - i have no idea what the process would be for something like that. is it possible that anyone could talk me through it? like what has to be done to fix it and what excersises and stuff need to be done to make sure it heals properly?

Although intercourse did initially hurt when my boyfriend and I first became active, it is far less painful now and actually feels good. So I'm alright with the intercourse but when he tries to finger me, it's painful. I'm just perplexed as to why two fingers hurts more than intercourse. His package is wider than two fingers so I don't understand. He thought he needed to clip his fingernails but they are quite trimmed and neat when he does it. Plus, it isn't that kind of pain. Any thoughts?

so my "best friend" of 3 years is amazing.
but when shes around anyone but me she sometimes ignores me.and its not like i need her all the time to be right there i mean.. its kinda hard to explain. and when she's around her boyfriend ooh man! she always flirts with our(yes our)ex and i do like him and i think she likes him too. but she says she doesnt and that she loves her new boyfriend and stuff; but idk. she just makes me so frustrated when she ignores me and stuff for guys. i mean ill always be here and they most likely wont. so how do i stay calm and not flipp out on her. i know its partly jealousy but still the other part of it is frustration.

I gave my boyfriend a hand job and got semen on my hands. A minute later I used a paper towel and wiped it all off. After we were finished fooling around, I came home. About an hour later I was in my bathroom and I curiously stuck my finger inside myself a little bit before I realized what I'd done earlier, and immediately took it out. in this world we are having war...ik why but WHY? uk what i mean i hate that the only way to solve things is by war...why not by a game of vollyball or twister whats wrong with that. your brought up to not fight be nice love. and everyone says i want peace in the world but no one does a thing about it. im still in school and in history im learning about how some people cant accept others because they have a different look to them or their religion is not thiers i hate it i want to do something have my voice out there for all to hear. but its like im in a club and what ever i do i cant get around the noice to tell my friend "what did you say"!!! im asking you why war why not peace why does everything have to be complicated when it ...

I have cuts on/near my wrists .
I don't cut , Never have .
They used to be light , Now Im getting new cuts that are deeper and more noticeable .

Ipod Volume

My ipod has many many songs on it, all of which have different volume standards. One song may need the volume turned almost all the way up just to barely hear it, and then the song switches and I get my ear drums blasted out of my head if I leave it turned up so loud. I never know how high or low the volume needs to be so I can hear it nicely.
Anyway, is there a way to regulate volume for all of your songs on itunes so their volume standards are the same? I've heard of doing this, but I'm not sure how to do it.

ok so first of all i have known what sex is since i was 8 and now im 14 and i have had my period for about a year now and my parents dont know that i have my period or i know what sex is i have been hiding my period from them because i dont want to talk about sex with them it feels weird when i talk about stuff like that with them i cant even tell them that i have a crush on a boy or somthing like that i just feel really weird how can i tell them that i have my period without getting the sex talk

on BCP but still worried

My boyfriend and I are 17 and I have been on microgestin birth control for over 3 months. A couple weeks ago my boy came in me while having sex and after that i got a period but it wasn't my placebo week. A couple days after that period, he came in me again and so the following week (my placebo week) I didn't get my period. Is that because my body doesn't want to bleed again that quickly or I screwed up and may be pregnent? Please help. How effective are these BCPs? Should we still be using a condom?
