Question Posted Sunday January 6 2008, 8:16 pm

I have cuts on/near my wrists .
I don't cut , Never have .
They used to be light , Now Im getting new cuts that are deeper and more noticeable .
People think Ive been cutting .
Honestly , I haven't .
This has been going on for a few months , What is it ?
Could it just be coincidence ?
I know , Odd question .
Butt , I don't want my friends getting the wrong idea .

I would look online to see if there is anything wrong and if you can't find anything you should go to a doctor and see what they have to say about it.

You could be scratching yourself in your sleep. I'd see a doctor to be safe, but try wearing gloves to sleep for a little while first & see if it helps. It may be something simple like that.

I would say it is something you should bring up with your doctor, for starters. This could be a sign of an underlying problem.

On a day when you notice a new cut, think back over your daily activities. Is there something you are doing with your hands that is causing you to get cuts on your arms? (Ex. Do you work on a farm, on cars, etc.)
If so, you can wear some sort of wrist guards to protect your skin.
