Lose weight

Okay so I need some tips on losing weight. I'm not fat! But, I just want to lose weight cause everyone is thin around me. So, I work out everyday (for the past 9 months)..and I sometimes don't eat a lot. I know, it's unhealthy, but I'm never hungry =/. So my question is..how can I lose weight fasterr?

hey guys, okay so i'm at a pretty unhealthy weight. not so overboard that health issues are becoming a scare but enough that at the rate i am going, they very well could be in the near feature.

so i'd really like to shed some pounds. the biggest reasons i'd like to do this are for more self confidence, and because heart problems and diabetes run in my family. i'd like to be at a relatively healthy weight in order to keep myself from having any of the stated diseases. anyone who is considered overweight and has tried to lose the weight without help knows how difficult it can be, and especially if you don't really have ANY SUPPORT from your family.

okay so basically i work out everyday..my friend doesnt. we both weigh similar weights.
my questions are:

why does she look heavier than me if we're close in weight?
why do people who work out weigh more but look thin?

i feel fat sometimes because everyone is so thin..yet, i work out a lot so i weight, of course, a little more. everyone says i look good. but..idk..i guess it just makes me feel bad about myself that i cant be that thin because i want to be healthy and work out.
is there a way to work out and still like be at a low weight?

i know these are stupid questions..

but, thanks in advance to anyone who answers me.

Shaking foot on brake pedal

yesterday i was driving home from the movies, and when i stopped at a red light my Foot started to Shake really bad On The Brake Pedal..I have no idea why this happen...everytime i would stop and had my foot on the brake it would shake..does anyone know the cause of this?

exchange student= fat

I just got back from a 7 week exchange program in France. I thought I was eating pretty healthy and moderately over there, but now that Im home I realize Ive gained ALOT of weight. I havnt weighed myself yet, but some of the pants that I didnt wear the whole time now dont even fit me. I had just bought these white jeans before I left, and they fit perfectly when I bought them (they werent even that tight) and now they are too tight to wear in public. That is just one example, but there are alot more things that dont fit anymore. Tell me what to do!! Go on a diet? Start running or somthing? People used to call me skinny alot and now Ive actually got 'love handles' and its embarrassing!

hips, thighs, abs.

im not a huge person or anything, but im not super skinny either, and my hips thighs and abs could use some work for me to be my ideal body image. i looked in the mirror and cried today, i want my body back. so my question is what can i do to get rid of this unwanted fat? what excersizes can i do? what should the diet of a 16 year old girl look like thats low fat? please help me

RUNNING (: love it, but is it hurting me?

so i'm 5'6 and weigh around 118.

i've been trying to gain weight because honestly i think i look too skinny but i cant! no matter what i try, it doesn't work.

anyways i love to run! i love going running, it takes my mind off everything. but i'm a little concerned. will running cause me to lose weight and become even more skinny?

what exactly will running do for my body? will it help me gain muscle anywhere? does it help your heart? i dont know!

I'd like to start yoga once I get into college which will be in 14 days. I don't want to do a class although I know they have them at my college's gym. How can I get started on my own and what are some good tips? I'm looking for a chance to meditate and just relax and also to increase my flexibility.

boyfriend working out

I feel selfish just asking this. To start, I love my boyfriend to death and I'm very much attracted to him. When I met him he was jacked but he was also taking some sort of protein pill so that he could build muscle faster. Well the pills, along with a soda addiction caused him to develop a heart condition and he can no longer have any caffine at all. The heart condition developed within the first two weeks that we were dating, it's now 6 months later and he's lost at least 10lbs of muscle and now weighs about 123-128lbs and is 5'7" because he completely stopped working out to regain strength in his heart but now he's fine and is able to work out and continue normal activities. He still has muscle but ...

Losing weight

hello

I have been overweight since my adolesence, since a tragic event in my life.

I was 220 lbs. but i am proud to say that my everyday activities have helped me get down to 190.

so ive lost 30 lbs, but im still at an unhealthy weight, im scared for my health, and looking better isnt bad either.

im mainly wanting to do this, for my health. as long as Im healthy, i dont care what size i am.


so my question is:

Does anyone have any tips or recipes that they can pass on to me? I am someone who is very busy with family and have minimal time to work out. I mainly am looking for healthy eating tips and support. Im having trouble getting through this on my own.

butt and thighs

id really like to get my thighs and butt bigger with muscle before school starts, august 18th. ive tried a lot of different things, but the only problem is i have spinal and lower back problems and the excersizes sometimes irritate it a lot. what are some good excersizes i can do daily that wont really hurt my back and get my thighs and butt in shape before school starts ?
or at least certain amount of reps
and i gain weight on top mostly (boobs and stomach) but is there anythin that i can eat that will go straight down there ?

for info, ive done:
squats
leg lifts (where you put your leg back and your butt becomes sort of like a bubble)
layin down and movin my legs in a cyclin motion
tai-bo moves

Ab Rocket

Has anyone out there bought the Ab Rocket and used it the way they suggest and had good results. I would like to buy it to help with keeping my exercise regular. okay i pretty much have an hour glass shape. but id like to get the top part, the small part i think is 'the waist' smaller. its not fat but id like to slim down up there but keep the weight on my hips. what can i do for that ?

My name's dajana and i would like to know how to get curves.. right now i do have abs but i would like that hour glass shape upper body.. what would be some good exercises or eating habits or anything to would make my body have more curves especially in my stomach area?

I'm 15 99 pounds & about 5'2'' or 5'3''
I realized I'm just too skinny.
I was thinking about asking to be put on birth control to gain weight? Is that a good idea?
Or any other ideas?

I am over weight! I am 5'8 and weight 30 pounds more then I should! I start high school in 1 week and 2 day! I know there isn't anyway to loose 50 + pounds by then but is there anytips or advice someone can give me to help me diet in high school!


I have tried weight watchers and the stuff in magazines. But I just can't seam to keep up with anything! Also I hate excersise I need something fun that will work and not get boring. Because I hate those walking movies. Some stuff I have it home is a treadmill, ab loung, and a bo flex. But I would rather not use the bo flex it is alot of trouble to deal with.

SO can someone suggest ideas to help me eat right, and home and at school. And/ also how to exercise a...

I'm 5'4" and 163-167 pounds (i vary per time of day, lol). And im not liking that. i mean i'd rather be 5'8", and im still hoping that will somehow happen even though im 15. my parents are 5'9" and up, and my sister is 5'11" so i'll be pissed if i stay this height forever. what can i do to grow taller, naturally, btw?
