Shaking foot on brake pedal

yesterday i was driving home from the movies, and when i stopped at a red light my Foot started to Shake really bad On The Brake Pedal..I have no idea why this happen...everytime i would stop and had my foot on the brake it would shake..does anyone know the cause of this?

it sounds like its a muscle spasm in your upper thigh.

I would suggest you stretch out your legs really good one day, and then go for a drive and see if it still shakes. if not, then you know your leg was probably tensed up that day.

if it continues, def go to the doctor and see what he says about it. its not safe.
