Ab Rocket

Question Posted Friday July 31 2009, 8:50 pm

Has anyone out there bought the Ab Rocket and used it the way they suggest and had good results. I would like to buy it to help with keeping my exercise regular. I would like to focus on my stomach and sides for my belly dancing and I think it would be benifical. What are your thoughts. Here is a link just incase you know of the product just not by name:

I have a friend who bought this machine and she swears by it and honestly I can see some muscle toning and definition so what I suggest is that you buy it and if you can't see results within their 30 day guarentee, you can just return it.
