Whole Bodys Sore!

Advicenators!
Ive started taking dance clas for an hour every morning, & its intense & my whole bodys sore! Especially my legs. We streth before & evrything so im assuming its good soreness. Anyway, how do i ease the pain? I dont want to be sore all summer! Advil/heating? Any tips, let me know! Thanks!

I met her (I will call her Xy) via an old girlfriend, they were best friends and very close. After my ex and I broke up, I maintained a relationship with my friend Xy and we became very close over the past 8 years. I trusted her with everything and she with me. When i first met her i began to have butterflies every time i saw her. when we first tease each other and played around my feelings began to grow. when she kept leaning on me i couldnt stop thinking about her. when she gave me pet names i began to blush. she is my frist girl crush. but i couldnt take the confusion anymore. i told her my feelings and she said that she is unsure of her sexuality and not ready for a relationship. i never ask her out but told her that i am bi and i like her. then when i met some guy at a party she got jealous. she said "i dont know if i should be pissed or happy for you" "time will tell for the both of us" i was confused. i ask her if she like me and she ignore the note. i ask again ...

i met this girl on runescape about a year ago and we gave each gave each other a our email accounts so we could talk on msn but we only just started actually talkin at the start of the year and im beginin to like her a bit more than a friend
we talk each hav a myspace account so we can look at each others pictures.
she is a really nice person and the other day she said she knows it may sound weird but she sorta likes me and then she just logged off

there's been so many times when i've been talking on the phone to my boyfriend late at night when he falls asleep. but he'll be kinda awake, ya know? and quite often, he blurts out the most random things that i laugh at hahaha, but he doesn't even know he says. if i kind of play along with it, he'll keep talking, but if im like ....what??, it's like he snaps out of it, but doesn't remember saying anything. i've caught myself doing that before too, when i was extremely tired on the phone and basically half asleep. i was just wondering if anyone can explain what exactly causes that? like i specifically remember one time when i was zoned out like that and i said "i need some batteries." where that came from, i dont know haha. i dunno...

First off, I do not see myself as fat. Nor do I think I am skinny. I consider myself absolutely average, with a little more fat then I'd like. Around normal people I feel great. But lately I have been exercising regularly at my gym that I have a membership to and eating less and healthier to shed those extra pounds, and since I started I've realized how many people in this world are the lucky ones..that can pig out soo much and never work out and just be so in shape. The more I think about it, the more it pisses me off. All of my friends but 1 are these "lucky" ones. I feel totally fine with myself (though still wanting to get skinnier for sure) until I get around those people and feel horrible! I want to lose weight for myself no...

I know this sounds stupid, and I'm not like going to have sex or anything but could someone please tell me like, okay How does birth Control work? When are you supposed to take it? And what does it do for you? like someone said something like it clears your skin? And also do you take it everyday and you can have sex whenever? I'm just kind of confused here. Please help! (:

hoodia weight loss patches

The other day I was surfing the net for diet patches, when I came across these hoodia diet patches. I'm so desperate to loose weight that I bought myself a month's supply, which brings 30 patches, on impulse. I didn't even bother to check if they actually worked, or the health risks, or even how old you're supposed to be to use them. I'm 15\f, and I just need to know that they won't kill me or make me fatter, or anything of the sort. Thnx for any imputs.

Everyone says Who's Who among American High School Students is a phony. But how come on some applications and things that my guidance councelor have given me it says mark box if you have received any honor listed..and then it's there? Ton's of people say it's a phony, but is it really?

I'm 15\f. A couple of months ago, I had a doctor's appointment and I had to cleanse my body by drinking only water the day before. I want to do that again this summer, only I want to go on a mainly liquid based diet for a couple of days, but is it true that if you drink, say, a total of 1 gallon of water a day ONLY, all you do is gain water weight? I also heard you burn thousands of calories though... Do you have to work it off with some extreme exercises or can you go about your day normally? In simplest terms, what is water weight? Thnx in advance.

Hey everyone, I'm back for more answers from you awesome knowledgeable folks. =D
So, the kitty I got Sunday has been incredibly sweet, greets me in the morning rubbing up against my legs and purring, is eating now, thank goodness, and using her litterbox faithfully, though I don't think the litter brand I have is that good (any suggestions are welcome). She would be the perfect kitten, except for the fact that I feel like she's getting kind of violent.
I don't know if she's teething, or if she needs her teeth brushed because her gums are itchy or what (I got her a toothbrush, she was fine with the paste, but won't open her mouth), but she seems to try to bite everything now. When I first got her, she gave kitty kisses and lik...

I have been going to a therapist for a while now and she always says that i show signs of someone who was molested and she really thinks that i was. I do not remember ever being molested, but i just finished reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower. AT the end the main character realizes that his aunt used to molest him, i know that it is only a fictional book but everything in this book was like exactly everything that i am going through. And i guess basically i am just asking if someone knew how to explain to me that someone could forget that they were molested, or if that happens in real life besides just books? or if there is some disorder that makes you like block out a painful memory or something.
