well i get into these terrible rages where i just want to do violent things (such as break something, hurt myself, verbally hurt someone else) and i dont know how to cope with them. i absolutely HATE when im like that but its really hard to calm down unless i sleep and thats not an option. and these moods/rages happen kinda often as of lately because of my parents so please help. is there a disease/mental diorder that i might have??? and please what are some ways to deal with this? thank you soo much! i will rate!

baby problems!

ok so heres the situation. when i was just a baby my mom and dad got a divorce and my dad quit comin around. so my grandparents pretty much raised me while my mom was workin her butt off all the time. i love my mom but my relationship with my grandparents is much much stronger. well i moved 14 hours away from them about ten years ago and now my grandpa is being put into a nursing home and its tearing my grandma apart. she also is in not so good shape, but she can sstill take care of herself. she's the main reason i wake up every morning. i love my grandma more then anyone in the world. so far she has no great grandchildren and i wanna be the first to give them to em. i want them to be able to atleast see one great grandchild before they (es...

How do I make Subway's sweet onion sauce? Recipe for sweet onion sauce?

I went to Subway today in my town and had some sweet onion sauce on my sub sandwich. The Subway sweet onion sauce has a very nice flavor to it and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Subway's sweet onion sauce only has like 40 calories in it and 9g of carbs(carbohydrates) for a 6 inch sub if I recall correctly. Subway is great about keeping fairly "healthy" things in their places so it was nice to have something this sweet but not be full of fat.
I'm now wondering what the Subway sweet onion sauce recipe is. I would really love to have the recipe for sweet onion sauce from Subway so I could make my own to keep/use at home.
Could anyone tell me how to make Subway's sweet onion sauce by supplying me t...

Beer

Now, I've never had any beer before, not even a sip -- but I've smelled it, and from what I've smelled I don't think it would taste very good. So I've been wondering lately, why do most people drink beer? Because they like the taste, because they like the effect it has on them, or because they want to fit in? Why do you personally drink beer (or any other alcoholic beverage, really)?

His parents are holding us back

I really really like this guy. We can talk about anything, he makes me laugh, smile, all those things. I just feel so happy whenever I'm around him or talking to him. And, I even feel happy when I'm not around him...by this I mean it's not some kind of unhealthy "I need to be next to him at all times or else I die inside" crush.
Anyway, I really want to go out with him. And I'm pretty sure he wants to go out with me too. The only problem is...his parents.
They don't let him date anyone outside of his beliefs. And I'm Catholic and he's Protestant. So we can't be together. It really hurts that the only reason we're not together is because I worship in a different way than him. It just seems like such an old-fashioned way of doing things.

It's taken me a long time to admit to myself that I have low self esteem and am uncomfortable in my own skin. In most social situations I worry about what I say, how I stand, how I should act, and even how to look at people. It isn't a good feeling because I feel like it's destroyed my understanding of who I am. boyfriend troubles...

So, I'm going out with this guy and I don't really see him a lot because of our schedules at the moment but hes always saying stuff, like he misses me and he thinks about me a lot.. but he never calls or texts or anything. Another thing he does is sometimes when we're talking on aim, he'll just all of a sudden leave without saying bye or anything. Is all of this normal? Its my first relationship and idk, my friend and her boyfriend are always talking and texting all the time, but this guy dosen't seem to want to. Anyway, if anyone has any advice, let me know.
