Where do I find 'party' friends?

I know enough people from school clubs and sports teams, but where do I find the people like myself? I'm an 'overachiever' when it comes to school but I really don't fit the stereotype of the 'goody two shoes' that tends to go along with it. I'd like some friends that like to go to parties and meet new people. The thing is, it's not safe for me to go to parties where I live (long story), so how do I meet people that can invite me to ones outside of my town? Maybe some older friends or something? Thanks for the advice!

there was a guy, screwed me over
didnt talk to eachother for a while.
then became very good friends again, took things farther again. & i got hurt once again, he did the same thing, and ran back to the same girl, when he said he wouldnt.
the thing is, i kinda figured that would happen but i gave him a chance, because i wanted to trust him. obviously i shouldve listened to myself.
now i told him we couldnt be friends.
i havent talked to him in a month, but its hard seeing him around, and not talking to him or even looking at eachother.
i want to forgive him, but i just dont know if i should, or even if i can.

Suicide.

My best friend commited suicide on the first of this month.. N idk what do with myself anymore. She was everything to me.. we were so close n we were even blood sisters (meaning we poked our fingers and touched our blood together). I met her in the behavorial health hospital n i knew we both had depression, but she always said she'd call me if she was thinking those thoughts again. But she didn't.. N i feel even worse cuz I was supposed to be with her that day too! I feel like I could've stopped her or something. I'm lost without her.. I don't feel like I can do this without her. What should I do? Please Help Me!

When me and my boyfriend are sitting down, we hold hands. Well i love holding hands with him, its just something he does that weirds me out! he like holds my hand and he puts our hands on his knee and slowly moves our hands towards his crotch! i dont know if he is purposley doing it or not! does anyone know what i am talking about??? or what his intentions are?? oh gosh.

I really want to start waxing, I tried it once at home and just gave up, i was too scared. I've never even considered the thought of me being bisexual, much less making it a formal thing, but recently I've had a change of heart. I'm excited for college suddenly [which is in a couple of months], only because I have hopes that people will be more open there. Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Foundation

hey there :)
so i heard of this foundation, from phyisicans formula called mineral wear foundation..and i just have a few question's about the product.
1. does the foundation cover well?
2. does the foundaton cause breakouts?
3. I have normal skin..but latley it's been breaking out a little bit. i have an oily t-zone. so should i use the liquid foundation, or the powder foundation?
4. over all..is it a pretty good foundation?

eyesight distorted after exercise.

i went for my morning run just now, about 1km like i suppose, and suddenly i felt like puking. so i stopped. then i just did basic dance stretches (splits and stuff). then when i stopped, and start walking home, my eyesight became screwed up, lights all distorted. i took two rests on the way home. plus, my house is a one to two minute walk to the place i run. so, i had two rests, but my eyesight didnt improve at all. after the second rest, i just walked home. it wasn't until i reached home when my eyesight returned. i don't know how long it was, but i think about 10 minutes, although it felt so much longer. i stopped feeling pukey after the second rest. i hadn't eaten my breakfast, nor dinner the previous day. i've done that before but nothing like this happened. what happened?
