5 Hour Energy drink problem

Has anyone ever had a 5 Hour Energy drink before? I tried one for the first time and have had more suicidal thoughts than ever. I'm also feeling kinda tired and want to go lie back down for a while.
I took it to help study for exams coming up next week, if anyone is curious. I'm not even really sure why I'm asking this, I'm just a mix of being tired and awkwardly erratic, coupled with being more... I don't know, casually suicidal than normal? I certainly don't want to study right now.
I'm feeling the beginning of a headache as well, going to lie down for a while and read responses when I get up if this question doesn't get deleted. I suppose this isn't the greatest of questions, either, sorry for that.

pill and sex

15/f about to go on pill. I am not sexually active but want to go on pill for benefits such as no cramps, since mine can get bad, and shorter n lighter periods. But I want to know if you think the pill will kind of encourage me to have sex, like make it seem like its not a big deal because im protected. My friends say im very sexual, because I say a lot of sexual things, like who i would and wud not have sex with, how and why, sex jokes, and kinky things i guess. I'll admit i kind of want to but at the same time i dont want to take the pill if Im going to get Motivated to have sex.

I kind of like this guy and would like to date him in some time, and i know he would too. But my Best Friend completely disagrees with the whole thing. She says hes not right for me, would never want us together, and would be annoyed if we dated. She said me dating him would be me heading straight for failure. Firstly, I'm more after an opinion than advice. But any advice for this situation would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, so this is my first relationship. And I like to think of myself as not one who gets jealous easily. We're both open about people we find attractive and he's even said things to me people say I should feel jealous about, but I don't. Bottom line is, I think...well hope I don't get jealous easily. But I'm scared this is just jealousy talking in this situation.

what kind of exercises can i do(such as situps ect) in my house to get a six pack or hard abs or anything like that
i want to get fit because mostly all i have been doing the last few months is sitting down on the computer and watching tv and occaasionally going over to my friends house
when i look at my chest i think its not very attractive for a girls point of view and the other day when i was at my friends pool party there were a few boys and heaps of girls and hardly any of them checked me out(that ive heard) but they did for all of the other guys
so what kind of things can i do to get hard abs or a six pack

pimples-> crater face?!

So a long time ago, I asked my friend why her father's face was all cratery, full of holes [like crater face in the movie Grease], and she told me he had said it was because he used to pop all of his pimples when he was younger. I'd never given it much thought, until I noticed recently that I was getting small, tiny little holes in my face, not a lot, maybe 2 or 3. They look like a collapsed zit, with the skin curving inward instead of out. It's really bugging me, because even though I'm not sure if they're appearing in the exact spot where the pimples once were, but I do pop a lot of them. I'm worried sick. Does this mean I'll eventually have a crater face? Will it just stop if I stop popping, or is it something else altogether? Are they irreversible? Help!

gggrrrr!!!! i dont know if i like him because i thought i did but now im thinking diffrent and urg!!
begining we started talking over myspace and he goes to my school hes a grade lower than me.. we talk on im alot and we talk occasionaly at skewl. i see him all the time and i think about him because hes awsome and funny -but- i dont know if i acually like him... its just weird because i have mixed emotions about this i could like him one minute then not the next... i am looking for a guy who loves me unconditionably and who loves me crazily but i dont know if hes that guy at all but idont really know...

Eyebrows?!

Okay, well you know how some people's eyebrows have those really nice, high arches?! well no matter how hard i try, i can never seem to make one that looks completely natural and normal. Does it have to be like,just the way your eyebrow grows? Or can you make them? If so, would it be best to go to a place were they wax them? Thanks haha ;D

well i know this is a typical everyday question that girls think about, and ask a lot but here is my story.
so ive liked this guy for a veryy long time and recently, ive gotten to know him a whole lot better. he's hilarious, sweet, and knows how to treat a girl. not to mention hottt :) its getting so annoying just thinking about him everyday and not have the confidence to do anything about it. ive been trying to invite him and his friends to movies and stuff too. but sometimes i get shy. its not like this with all of my other guy friends though! i really need to work on being shy around him, im really crazy and outgoing most of the time. so what im asking is what should i do to get him to notice me? how do i know if he likes me? and...

Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Hello, I am a 23-year-old female and I am having trouble regulating my sleep schedule.
My body clock has become backwards and it's been like this for months now. I can't sleep at night and I feel awake and then I fall asleep at the latest 7am and wake up at 4pm. These are the days where I don't have to get up for work at my part time job and it's hard to function with such lack of sleep. I've tried going to bed regular time between 10pm-1am but I just toss and turn or get no more then 2-3 hours sleep. On my days off I seem to sleep solid in the day time. I've tried everything to turn it around: pulling all nighters and forcing myself through the day in hopes that my body will just collapse from exhaustion and I've also tried just lay...

Long Nails

So, I have average nail length. The "white part of the nail" just reaches the end of my finger. But most of them are still more "in". I want the skin coloured part of the nail to be passed my finger. Whenever my nail grows, only the white part goes longer and the skin coloured part doesnt. (Sorry I don't know what their called :P ) Any advice? Thanks :)
Oh, and I have Sally Hansen Maximum Growth nail polish and that doesnt work. Only the white part goes longer once again .

Audition for school musical-alto

Hey I'm looking for a song that i can sing for my audition for the school musical. The musical is the Robber Bridegroom. Most the time when I sing I sing a little flat, so I really just want a song that can make me sound decent enough to at least get a part in the chorus. I'm defiantly an alto, and the director likes it better when people audition with songs that aren't like super popular. Any suggestions on an alto song that will make me sound decent enough to at least get in the chorus???
