what kind of exercises can i do(such as situps ect) in my house to get a six pack or hard abs or anything like that
i want to get fit because mostly all i have been doing the last few months is sitting down on the computer and watching tv and occaasionally going over to my friends house
when i look at my chest i think its not very attractive for a girls point of view and the other day when i was at my friends pool party there were a few boys and heaps of girls and hardly any of them checked me out(that ive heard) but they did for all of the other guys
so what kind of things can i do to get hard abs or a six pack

I don't know if it is the same with girls and boys bodys. When I workout at home, I usually do 20 crunches, which is just laying on your back goign up and down just enough for your head and upper chest to be lifted up off the ground. Then i turn my legs flat to the side and do 20 more to each side.( sorry if thats a little confusing) Then I gradually add more each day like 20 then 25 then 30 and so on.. You can also do these things i learned in gymnastics.. called hollow holds. They are when you lay flat on your back thenhave your arms by your side and then lift you legs and feet and upper chest and head up and arms... then hold that. They all work very welllll. I used to be completly ripped as a girl doing this.
