Dry feet & thick sick dry toenails

ok well i have dry feet and idk what to do to fix that i put lotion on and it doesnt seem to help so ive quit on that and i also have like gross thick toenails.
any ideas on what i can do???

i just bought "Jergens Natural Glow" cause i really want to stop tanning, but i still want to be tan! does this work?!! tell me what you experiecned and if you like it/dont like it.

Ive been dieting and exercising for almost 4 years now and At first i lost alot of weight,maybe around 40 pounds.
My body became pretty immune to it and i slowly gained alot of weight back,but ofcourse i grew alot of inches so i don't necassarily look "fat" but i am a tad chubby.
I wanted to know if anyone has ever tried and used nutrisystem and if it works?
I do exercise every single day,i just have a portion control problem and i eat alot so i think that if i have set portions ,i'll eat less.
Would anyone recommend it though?

Frizzy and dry hair

I suffer frizzy and dry hair daily. Like the oils on my skin, I lack them. Anyone of you suffer the same frizzy and dry hair? What product do you use and recomend?
When my hair is wet, its curly but as it dries, it drys and expands. My hair isn't curly anymore just a total dry mess. What can I do to reduce the frizzinss and make it hold the moisture than evaporating?

will quitting affect school?

hi. ive decided to quit smoking for the 50th time!! and ive gone two days without smoking. The problem is, its monday tomorrow, and so i was wondering if my school work will be affected by this? because i know withdrawel symptoms peak at 2-3days, so will it be bad enough to stop me from working properly? my attention and concentration has allready started to slip-even when i was smoking- but will this make it worse?

I don't necessarily have a "muffin top" put I do have a bit of pudge on my stomach that sits on top of my jeans.

I woke up this morning and when i looked in the mirror, there was this black circle on my neck! It's like a black hickey or something! i'm 14 so obviously it's nothing from sexual stuff but that wasn't there yesterday either; I just woke up this morning and there it was!
my parents won't be home until next week so I can't go to the doctors or anything!
Do you think it's serious? I was hoping that maybe i wasn't washing myself properly or something so i first wiped aqt it with a paper towel but nothing came out! I'm really scared, and especially scared for school. This is my first year of highschool and people seeing thsi on me won't make it any better.

i want my hair curly and feel soft, i put gel/hair spray, etc, when it touch it feel touching, sticky, smelly, but i want curl to be soft and nice, like girl natural curly not to make curly, i want make my hair curly and goes look like so nutral and nice not sticky, and whatever yea thks!

okay so this might sound really stupid but like.. im so confused haha..
alright so i know your suppose to use the renewing cleanser first.. then the Revitalizing Toner and then the repairing lotion.. but then i have the oil control and refining mask and my question is.. people told me to put the refining mask on at night.. but i use all products morning and night and it works but like.. if you put the refining mask on at night after all the 3 steps wouldnt that just wash everything off? are you suppose to use the mask first? i dont know im confused about that someone explain to me what i should do in steps? thank you so muchhh, ill rate high.

So I was thinking about getting birth control..no im not sexually active im deff. a virgin! But i wanted to get it for my boobs. Im literally not even an A and im 16..its kinda embarresing. I want to be atleast a 36-A or something you know attractive and normal. Im really skinny and tall. But i can eat like anything I just cant get boobs =/ it sucks. I want them so bad or atleast a little bigger ones. Should i take the pill? Will it make them bigger? If not then what should I do? I feel like i should offer more to my boyfriend!! Please help me.

ok this is really weird...im a 13 y.o. female and started my period (not 4 th first time) ON January 5th and it ended the 11th and now it's Feb. 15 and it still hasnt came this month whats wrong...P.S. im still a virgin and i dont want to talk to my mom or doc about it....PLEASE HELP!!!

i've been bulimic for a year as of november 2007 so a little over a year. what effects of that have/might have happened to me already? i never notice anything. i know it's not right but i don't know what to do and i don't really want to stop. i know it's wrong but and i know i don't think normally about food. i either don't eat some days or i eat so much i can't handle it and purge. well i do that with everything i eat basically. i don't know what to do. i just want to know what could happen to me and what already could've happened to me because of this?

okay i've been having a problem and i need some feedback hopefully positive?
i've been having sex with my boyfriend [protected] with the exceptions of about 3 times, but anyways, i've been having a burning feeling when i pee that kills and an urge when nothing comes out. plus my vagina has an odorey discharge
and an itchyness =/ both me and my boyfriends were virgins, and i've gotten tested for a urinary tract infection & they didnt find one, i just took monistat last night thinking its a yeast infection...help me what could it be i'm scared and cant tell my mom! and i dont wanna go to the gyno... advice?

whats with people and the obsession with hookah nowadays? isnt it as bad as cigarettes? it seems like group smoke or something with a giant bong except its not for mj. any info about this would be appreciated. where do people get this stuff and what is put into it?
(for research project at school - i will get facts online but i need like info from people in the know about their school surroundings and who i hang out with dont do this or know about this stuff) thanks!

today i just noticed some weird bulby thing in my mouth so i put my finger in to check it out and i popped it? and then when i pulled my finger out there was blood? it kind of hurt when i popped up but what could it be?
