bikini season Bikini season is coming really soon. I need to lose atleast like 10 or 15 pounds by one month. Any advice or suggestions?

im not overweight [im actually perfect for my height] and i noticed i ate a lot of crap. when i was bored, i'd eatt. so now i ask myself if i truely am hungryy. and sometimes if im not sure, i'll see if i still am 20 minutes later. its annoying, but it works. and try to eat less sweets. its hard. i still eat them, but a lot less.

Do not over eat. If and when you go to dinner, order something that you know will not be terribly bad for you. Ask for the calories and such. Do some crunches for your abs and stair steppers for your legs and butt. Do not eat too many sweets and greasy foods. It's a sacrifice you will have to make in order to look great for Bikini Season.
