Love Handles what are ways of getting rid of love handles...
i know there is crunches but what other things are there???

take a 5 or 10 pound dumbbell and hold it in one hand then take the other hand and put it on the back of your head, then suck in your stomach and let the weight take you down on that side like your trying to pick something up but cant bend down. sorry if i didnt explain it right, but you can also do this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

-Stomach vacuums: Stand upright and pull your stomach in and hold it there for as long as you can. [do this 3 or 4 times]
-Lying Pelvic Lifts: Lie flat on your back and put your legs in the air, slowly raise your hips off of the floor an inch or two, and then do it again. [do this for as long as you think you can]
-Do modified crunches and different crunch techniques
-Hip rollers: First lay falt on the floor, Twist to both sides keeping your shoulders down [touching the floor] stay in the bent knee position when rotating left and right.
