-Lying Pelvic Lifts: Lie flat on your back and put your legs in the air, slowly raise your hips off of the floor an inch or two, and then do it again. [do this for as long as you think you can]
-Do modified crunches and different crunch techniques
-Hip rollers: First lay falt on the floor, Twist to both sides keeping your shoulders down [touching the floor] stay in the bent knee position when rotating left and right.
