Question Posted Saturday February 16 2008, 11:03 pm

I am 16/f

I don't necessarily have a "muffin top" put I do have a bit of pudge on my stomach that sits on top of my jeans.
Any tips on getting rid of that?

Try to make up a regular workout schedule of running, crunches, sit-ups and stick to it. Running is important for toning your stomach, while crunches and sit-ups work to burn off the flab. Also, eat healthy. Like you don't have to completely cut out sweets and junk, just have them in moderation. There's this website I've suggested before that's really cool. It allows you to make up your own 'pyramid plan' based on your body type and activity level.
