Windows desktop on Mac?

i was almost sure that this was a download or application from the Apple website, but i couldn't find it. it's basically the windows desktop - start toolbar and everything - on my Mac.

i hate talking about this but im bulemic and i seem to go through this cycle i cant get out of. i eat too much for a few days-a week, then i eat and throw up for i dno how long and then i over excercise and just dont eat at all.
right now im at the part where im starting to throw up again cos im eating too much.. how do i stop this and just eat normal????
i hate this!! its taking over my life, and i know im not fat but i feel like i am all the time.

dating your best friend

i have 3 best friends. one in which is a guy. we go on and off with trying to like each other as more than just friends. but it never works. and that's okay because we continue being friends anyway. lately we have been closer than ever(in a bff type way)and i absolutely love it. i don't really want that to change. BUT he told me last night that he wants more than just "bff" and that he is going to stop being with other girls for me. i said i don't think he could do that(hes sort of a player)even though i know he would for me. i don't even know if i want him as more than a friend at this point. what i do know is i don't want to waste his time. what should i do?

Okay so I want some opinion's on why guy's only respect certain girls? I'm in high school, 16 years old, and it seems that many girls do have boyfriends. I don't have one. I understand it's not the end of the world..but, it's annoying. Guy's always tell me I'm very pretty (not to sound full of myself), and I'm also smart and kind to everyone. I'm shy sometimes though. Anyway, I've had guys ask me out, but the one's who do..are the one's I don't have a thing for. I'll admit..for some reason, I always go for guy's who are pretty much "players". I don't know why..I just find them cute and stuff. So, recently I liked this guy..he acts totally different around me then he does everyone else though! He acts like a nice guy around me, but...

Tramadol

I take Tramadol to deal with the pain of a spine condition. When I take it, I'm in the best mood, I love life, I'm happy, and nothing offends me. The second the pills start wearing off I'm a miserable grump and I bitch at everyone. Why would a pain medication give me such crazy mood swings? Anyone else have this problem?

I'm 20 years old and I'm really ready to move out of my parents' house. I finished my associate's degree and I'm done with school.
Here's the problem. I don't have many friends, and I would rather live alone. I get paid minimum wage where I work ($7.25 per hour). I have all the furniture and appliances for an apartment (I've bought some over the last few months to prepare). I have a car. So once I get an apartment, I won't have to save up for those things.
How do I go about doing this? I've visited some apartments and they require that I earn 3 times the amount of rent. Remember I make minimum wage.
...and please don't tell me to stay in school and stay at home. Thank you. :)

This is going to be lengthy and there is really no way around it. Sorry!
So, lets start off from the beginning. I'm 24 years old and I've recently moved out and I am renting a duplex with a friend of mine. She is 23 years old. We've known each other for almost 5 years. Before we even started looking for places to live, I told her that I didn't want this certain person like sleeping on my couch or anything, we'll call him B. She was in agreement and said it wouldn't happen. I don't care for him to stay one night here and there, that's fine. I work nights so I'm not home at night but when I leave for work at 10pm, B is usually at my house and they are drinking, did I mention he's 16? Last I knew, that was called contributing to...

Canon G10 lenses

Are there any wide aperture or telephoto lenses for the Canon G10 BESIDES the Canon TC-DC58D Tele Converter Lens for Canon G10 Digital Camera? I really want a nice lens to put on there but i cant seem to find any. also, do i need the converter with all lenses? please make sure the lenses fit with THIS camera. Users of this camera, any comments? thanks in advance!

3rd wheel?

my best friend is not half as social as i am. i love to spend most of my time with her. but when im not with her i enjoy hanging out with other people. which is completely normal! but the problem is that she doesn't really have any other friends besides me. and i always feel bad when i want to spend the night out or attend a party of another friends without her because she isn't invited. or if she does tag along i fear she feels like a 3rd wheel. but than again i feel its not really my fault she doesn't have anyone besides me. don't get me wrong i love this girl to death. but i cant hangout with her 24/7! what do u think i should do?

Depression?

Firstly, I am 15 and female. And my life is good right now, so I don't know why I would be sad but, anyways, this is my problem (please read, I know its long)...
I was looking through my previous questions from a couple years ago, and I realised I felt very sad at that period of time.
Then I went through a good phase, for more than a year.
Now I seem to be having the same feelings I had a couple years ago.
First was 7th grade, I was feeling lonely and depressed, next would've been the end of 8th grade, and now I am feeling the same in 10th grade.
