what is a healthy way to loose 5 pounds, or so. not a ton of weight but just some. what has worked for you? thanks in advance!! ill rate high :)

okayy i've had love handles since i was in 5th grade and now im in 8th and i can't stand them any longer! i hate seeing them hang over my jeans and then look at alll my friends that have their sides perfectly straight so i was wondering if anyone knew any way at all to get rid of them! Some people say side crunches but i don't know how to do those. So please either tell me how to do side crunches or tell me if theres any other way to get rid of them (i cant really run now cuz its cold and its snowing)
i rate high for anyone who gives me an answer !!!

i am a 16 year old female, i am 5 ft. 3 3/4 inches. i normally weigh about 110 pounds, but it's sort of weird because my weight seems to rise and fall all the time. sometimes i weigh myself & i'm only 109 lbs, then 2 days later i'll be 115 lbs...then it will keep falling & rising! i do't understand why (i mean i know it has to do with the amount of calories you eat) but on most days, especially monday-friday i eat pretty much the same things. does it have anything to do with something besides the food i eat? can it have to do with your period? are there specific times where right after you eat you weigh more & then you drop some weight? i also do between 100-200 sit ups every night, but that only really shapes my abs...it doesn'...

okay im actually a skinny person but my stomach is just round in the front i've been doing 20 sit ups and going to do that all this week and then next week raise it up by 10 and so on every week. will this help give me a nice sized stomach?

i have really bony knees and I notice that every one elses are a normal shape. Is there any way i can tone down to make them fit the rest of my body? ehre is some info if u need it...

so lately i have been thinking that im fat and when i eat i feel real bad. i havent really ate anything in the past 2 days and i want to go anorexic. i know theirs a better way to lose weight then that. what should i eat and what exercises should i do and for how long?
right now i do 25 sit ups in the morning, then after i eat dinner, usually from 6-7 i ride the gazelle for 30 minutes and then i get on the bike and go 8 miles. after that i do 25 situps. then right before i go to bed i do 30 sit ups. is this enough?

i've been trying to lose weight by eating better and running in place for a long time. (it's too cold to go outside and they streets are full of ice). it seems like i'm losing the weight in my butt and thighs, but it's just travling up and making my love handles and stomach chubbier. what can i do about this?

I dont know what i did to my knees but they feel weak. i cant stand well or bend my legs. They need to be straight. my right knee hurts BAD, and my left kind of hurts.

k im pretty athletic i play basketball, soccer, softball and i dance - but like i always feel fat - my stomach is sorta flat - but my lower stomach is kinda out there anyone know anything to make my stomach flat??
