I know that your boobs look bigger by the tissue that is in them. Is there anyway that you can lose some of that tissue without having a breast reduction.
"In general, women who are overweight (especially women who are significantly overweight) /may/ be able to reduce their bust size through a general weight loss program."
The article goes on to state that exercise may not have any effect at all on bust size. However, it seems that aside from exercise (which only has a small chance of working, and less if you're not overweight), there's not much you can do. [ erendor's advice column | Ask erendor A Question ]

Healthy dieting may help reduce the size. However, if you're already at a healthy weight or underweight, I wouldn't suggest dieting as it may cause other problems.
Other than that, your only option that I'm aware of is to have breast reduction surgery. that would be something you need to speak to your doctor about. Many health insurance plans will cover the surgery. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
