Getting the diet in order is key. Cut out the junk, late night eating and not sleeping enough. Take your time with it as bodyfat takes time to lose. Enjoy your diet and embrace eating healthy instead of seeing it as a chore. You're the guardian of your body; not its prisoner.

slimfast says that you can lose 2 lbs in one week. thats one option. but works differently on different bodies. i lost 7 lbs the first week with slimfast. .so naturally i quit. you can try that ...

but a garunteed way to lose weight is
1.) don't eat junk or soda.
..you'll see a difference. trust me.
2.) work out [jogging ..situps ..]
3.) eat fruits and veggies
..they give you energy to work out
**did you know that celery has negitive calories?!? and cranberry juice has 140 calories in a glass but it fills you up, and your not hungry. have cranberry juice and celery for lunch and maybe dinner for about a week .. and you'll see a difference! if your not satisfied, continue it for another week

is that good? lol hope i helped :)

ok well you might not want to do this and im not sure if its healthy or not but i lost alot doing this and i have kept it off. (if you want to know how much i lost go ahead and leave a question in my box). alright well basically what i did was i only ate one meal a day and that was dinner. but i made myself a special diet i guess you could say. like i would only eat some pasta and that was it and i was full. or i just ate a sandwhich, or a salad, or some chicken or something like that. i lost a pound a day and i have kept it off and rite now i eat normally. so try doing that. it might not work for you though because i have a small stomoch and get full from just eating like 5 crackers lol so idk if that would work for you.. so heres what my cousin did. for breakfast she ate like cottage cheese or something light like that with fruit or something and thats it. shed skip lunch maybe have a snack or something in between and then for dinner shed eat soup and salad or pasta and salad or a sandwhich or some type of poltry and a salad. she lost a LOT of weight doing that. so i guess basically what im saying is just dont eat as much as you normally do. try those but if they dont work then try the regular eat healthy and exercise. i really hope i helped! sorry its so long. :[
