Asking a girl to be your girlfriend?

What is the best possible way, form, time, and place to ask a girl to be your girlfriend? Well, maybe not the BEST, but a pretty good way. I have a feeling that this girl I know and talk to a lot likes me, and I like her. I'm 15/M, and she's 14/F. Thanks! ^^

ok like i reallly hate my life. But i live in a semi good neighborhood with a good famliy (mom, dad and sister) in a good house and everything but like nothing ever goes my way. Like i dont think im that pretty.. im 14 and only had 1 boyfriend (which only lasted 2 weeks ) and all my other friends have had manyy boyfriends and like all my friends that are girls are prettier than me in my opinion. and i dont really have a bestfriend. i used to but now someone else is her bestfriend. So now i just have like friends, but only like 4 really close friends. I'm naturally a very nice person.. but you know what they say: nice people finish last. Also, im a bit of a pushover. A new friend of mine (been my friend for about 3 months) who I've had a crush on for a bit IMed me the other day. He told me wanted me to fill something out. He sent me one of those "would you do this with me? how do you feel about me? etc" surveys that I'm sure we've all seen. I laughed and tried to dodge filling it out. Then he finally said "Listen, I'll fill it out at the same time and we can send it on the count of three." So we did. Both of results were pretty much the same... we like each other as way more than a friend.
Things got ackward. He told me he was seriously blushing to break the silence... we both tried to change the subject and talk for a while, but I guess we both felt weird. Out of nowh...

my boyfriend of over a year and a half recently broke up with me/ decided we should take a break because he was confused about how he was feeling and he wanted a break from being tied down. it was really sudden and it confuses me. he still says he loves me from time to time so that kind of give sme hope that maybe this isn't over for good. do you think he just needs some time without me to see what our relationship was worth? or what? does he jus tneed to be single for a while. Everoyne tells me when loves for real it lasts froever and we both know it was as real as possible.. so do you think he will come back? he neve rreally wants to talk about the situation either but what can i do to convince him to come back or let him know what we're worth? help plz thank you will rate hihgh

Ok I'm Like In Love With My Best Friend... and it's not some stupid teenage thing, because i'm not the type of person to just be like oh my god i love him when i dont, i know what love is. o.k well moving on.. im like in love with him and he has a girlfriend, and they never talk so theyll eventually break up hehe, but i didnt make them so dont think that hehe..

ok. so this guy liked me for the past month and then right when i started to like him i find out that he likes this other girl instead of me. and the thing is that i get really shy around him and he doesnt like when girls are shy. he wants them to be themselves.. so im finally going to see him tomorrow and act my real self and not be shy even though he doesnt like me anymore. but i wanna look really cute so he can look at me and be like wow what am i missing out on.. do you get what i mean? what do guys want girls to look like and how should i win his heart again??

okay. well theres this guy in my neighborhood, lets call him john. hes SOO nice.. maybe TOO nice. and we were talking and this little kid came over and he was like trying to show off and all. it was really pathetic. anyway i was like "omg hes soo annoying!" and john said "dont worry about him he's just trying to flirt with you...[pause] i dont blame him" what does that mean? i dont really understand. all i did was smile at him because i didnt know what to say and i didnt know exactly what he meant..

ok i am a white girl and I like this black boy. Well he is the type of guy that is touchy feely, and I was fine with it at first, but now it is so much, every time he sees me he want to put his hands down my skirt, or up my skirt. And now I have people at school talking about me. Saying thats the girl, and heads turn. I like him a lot, and I don't know what to do, cause I don't want to hurt him. So Please help me!!!!!!

Ok im really bad with my self-confidence like some of my friends think i just say "oh i'm so fat" just to get them to tell me im not.. but i really don't i really think of myself as fat.. like my face is pretty but i always think im fat, sometimes i think its because i have such gorgeous friends and they get all the guys i never think i can get any. I always brush by hot guys because its almost like i know they would never like me.. it's horrible but its how i feel.. like (1) i need to know how to feel better about myself and not think of myself as ugly. (2) does anyone know why i got this way.

Yea so theres this kid lets call him Tony, and its impossible to go out with him.. okay this is kinda stupid but o well,
i BEHOND like this guy a LOT o-m-g u do not even know! Well... the thing is that i kinda of met him over the internet. But technically i did not because one of my friends has been firends with him for forever! and my best frend went to a camp with him,
well I do not know what to do? he asked for my number and he said he put it on his hand, but i am really scared that I am going to get hurt if he doesnt like me. Well i have not really met him in person ( you mite think that is crazy) but its not, I might have seen him before though.
