my friends and i alwayss hang out together. thing is, i kind of want to have some alone time with my one guy friend, if you know what im sayin. how could i go about hinting this to him?

Just tell your friend that. It's really not a big deal and I don't think she would mind it. I mean you guys always hang out, so just tell her that you'd like to spend some time with him.

When you are talking to him just ask him " Heyy, wanna come over and watch a movie?" or just ask him to go somewhere with you and hang out.

Why dont you just invite him over.. by himself
and if your other friend gets offended, than just talk it out with her by telling her listen i kind of want some time with him, because you kinda like him or you wanna see whats the deal with him..

well i would like find sometime when all (or most) of your friends are busy. then ask him since they all are doing something if he would wanna do something with you so you two aren't the only 2 being bored out of their minds. or find a movie that you know he wants to see, but none of your other friends are really wanting to go see. then be like well i'll go with you if you wanna go see it. something along those lines would be ways to spend some one on one time
