What's his problem?

A guy friend of mine just moved into his first house (that he owns and doesnt rent) in another state with his wife. His wife and him have a very rocky marriage and I was a little surprised when he told me this. They had to move up there for a job.
Well the last time I talked to him I asked him how he felt about the move. He didnt sound excited at all (which suprised me because in his email he made it sound like a big deal that it was their first home together). He sounded really depressed and all he said was "it's beautiful up there", but he didnt sound like he meant it.
I told him how well I was doing and how happy I was with my life and my new job. He didnt sound happy for me at all. We were talking on the ...

My ex and I broke up about 2 weeks ago due to what seemed like a loss of interest on his side... but as time has progressed we both have admitted to each other that mutual feelings still exist. Even so, he is, to be blunt, somewhat emotionally inept and has a hard time letting himself go. He would need to mature more in that area before we could really get into anything serious again.
So, my no win situation is, there are a couple of people who want to date me. I don't want to date other people and lead them on if I'm still into my ex and will probably stay that way, but I also don't want to miss out on everything just because I'm waiting on him. Plus, dating people is a nice way to forget about the situation at hand and have some fun. How do I go about this?

I have been interested in this guy for a month now, and we've flirted and talked on the phone late at night. I gave him a Christmas card and since then he hasn't talked to me. I called him last night, and he says he has a girlfriend now. I don't see him with anyone, so what's really going on? Should I still flirt, or move on? I really like him.

Hey everyone,
Usually i dont come here unless it's a TOTAL emergency--sadly this is one of those times. My brother, Dustin is in love with this girl, Samantha. Now, my brother lives in Lousiville, TX and she lives in Houston (it's 6 hours away). But Dustin dosent do long distance relationships because he cant see her in real life, he cant kiss her, he cant hold her, etc. So he feels that he cant go out with her. Okay...so there is a girl at my school who is such a whore. These 2 guys think she is amazing for some reason i can't understand..guy 1..me and him went out about two months ago. OK so im a 14 year old .. im pretty over weight. I'm like like a DD too, and im really self conscience about it. I also have a sweating problem, so w/e i wear i have huge stains under my arms. Im a tomboy .. but i still wanna wear jeans and a nice sweater sometimes! So, i dont think boys like me .. like at all. How can i look better and more cute, and feel more confident about myself?

Okay well i went to my church and my boyfriend(Tom) wasnt hanging out w/ me but he was hanging out w/ everyone but me(including his new g/f). he said that i was ignoring him and that he wanted to go out w/ Sally(who he just met not even 3 days ago), so i broke up w/ him. and 1 day later he ended up asking Sally out. Sally said yes. now they are going out....i really did like him...like soooo much.....but then at church Tom and Sally were hugging and holding hands and crap rite in front of me ( proably just to get me jealous). now we all hate eachother but i still kinda like him...but i hate Sally.....What should i do????

What do you do when a boy that you dated and is now with somebody else still acts interested, he cheats on his girlfriend with you several times and tells you that he wants to stay with her to see if it works? should i tell his girlfriend, leave it alone? I don't know what to do i have all the proof that something did happen and more than once, he also tells this girl that he loves her and tells me that he also loves me but as a friend right now what do i do?

Ok, first of all my girlfriend and I are both sophomores in High School. We've been together for just over two months but we've known each other for almost four years and everything is going okay. But i'm in the middle of a depression right now and its making me reconsider a lot of things. For your information we don't have a typical on-off high school sort of romance. hey ok..this is complicated and could be long but plz i need help!! ok so...there's this guy and he's like one of my best love em to death guy friends of all time...but the problem is, i wanna be more than friends. and i'm pretty sure he likes me too. so the REAL problem is that he lives 4 hours away. now the last relationship i was in was a long distance thing just like that and it didnt work...so why do i feel so differently and that it could work with him?? and what should i do..i wanna be his g/f sometime but its the long distance that's holding me back. but i feel like it could work..but at the same time i know it wont. i dont wanna just move on cuz i really really like him...:S:S:S:S:S xo thanx thanx thanx!

Ok.. heres the deal.. I liked this guy over the entire summer.. and my friends thought he liked me.. they told me that they could totally tell... well, he went off to college and has a girlfriend... We're still friends and all.. we just dont talk as often... and its sort of weird talking to him because i know he knows i liked him. I'm not jealous.. i dont know why... hes such a great guy, but since he is my friend, im happy he found someone. Anyways, how can i show him that i'm not jealous of him and his girlfriend.. how can i make it so that he does not think i like him still!!! Everytime we talk its a little awkward. He looks at me, and I KNOW he thinks i like him.. AHHH its killing me!!! please help..

my older brother who is a senior has a good friend. i am a freshman, and recently me and my brothers friend have gotten very close. we began to like eachothe, and soon wanted to take things further. i told my brother who was ok with it, and my parents. he told a few close friends. we think a good way to break it to others is to go to this school semi formal together. (freshman-senior..is that strange to you?) anyway, we're planning to go. but he is very afraid of reactions, people thinking he is a creep, etc. anyway, do you have any advice? if so, please let me know. i could use as much as possible. thank you very much.
