i think someone lied to my friend! she told her that if she washes her hair in cold water it will shine better than any product could make it. does anyone know if this is really true?

Alright, so i was messing around with an application on my i pod touch that allowed me to view websites through my computer. i had a porn website on my i pod, my parents walked to tell me goodnight in so i closed the app. Then because the app closed, the porn website popes up full screen on my computer. the whole time it was up my back was to the monitor and i told my parents goodnight. now i feel sick and i just want to die.

I made the horrible mistake of having sex, the even worse mistake was we didn't use a condom. He told me he'd pull out, but didn't. He said it was just too hard to stop. Asshole, I know.
My last period started July 6th, and ended around the 12th-13th. I think the 12th. I have about a 24-26 day cycle. Would I be ovulating right now? I think I'm supposed to be today or within the next couple of days.
Also, I heard sperm lives inside of you ffor 3-5 days, and I think I'll be ovulating within that time but I'm not sure. Is it true that it lives inside of you for 3-5 days, and even if I wasn't ovulating today when it happened, if I am within those 3-5 days, could I get pregnant?

i'm 19, going into my sophomore year of college. last month me and my best friend/roommates got citations for minor in possession of alcohol. we were on private property and all blew low [i blew a .007] and it was our first offense so we were praying to get some leniency but didn't. anyway we went to court 2 days ago, pled guilty, and now have fines and 6 months probation with alcohol classes & drug/alcohol tests. our PO is supposed to talk to the judge about the first offender plea to try to help us out and clear this from our record. we've realized our wrongs, have not drank since and dont plan on it. what i'm worried about now is this staying on my record and interfering with my future. ironically im in school studying criminal justi...

here are my symptoms that lead me to believe i do:
i'm always tired, no matter how much sleep i get.
i have depression
i'm dizzy a lot
i have very poor balance
i get muscle pains, especially in my back
my joints are sometimes sore or weak, and they sometimes grind
i read something on chronic fatigue syndrome and i had most of the symptoms, others i didnt. like weight gain and loss, panic attacks, sore throat, bloating, and a few others. but the main ones i do. i also might be anemic so some of these may have to do with that. i haven't been diagnosed by any doctors yet, but should i? i'm 17/f, by the way

My boyfriend and I were fooling around last month or so and we ended up having sex. We used protection though because we're both 15 and a baby is something we do NOT need right now. I had bought a small box of condoms just a few days before then, luckily.

This summer has been kind of bad for me. I did some not so great things so far, especially for my age (16). Getting a metal retainer.

My orthodontist gave me clear retainers. For my top & bottom teeth after I got my braces off.
I don't mind the bottom one cause I don't want the permanent ones.
But I asked her if I could have a metal top one, because I hate replacing the plastic one, because my dog keeps thinking it a chew toy, & because I think the plastic ones look gross.
Also, she's way over priced. All my friends retainers are $150 each. & mine are $300 each. So that's alot of money out of my pocket.
She told me she doesn't "believe" in metal retainers. I told her I DO & I want one. But she won't give me one.
