I'm 17/f. I've never been kissed before or had a boyfriend since middle school. But that's besides the point. Now there is this guy I like who's in one of my classes and I have no idea what to do! Obviously, I'm terrible at flirting/getting guys to like me because if I were any good at it, I probably would have had a boyfriend in the past 3 years. I really like this guy and stuff, but I have really low self-confidence and I think he's too popular for me and he'd never like me and whatever. Whenever I try to talk to him, I just get all negative and think that he'll never like me because no guys ever really notice me, even though I know I am attractive, but I'm quiet and mature-ish. I have been dating my boyfriend for 20 months now. I couldn't love him more. There's this little problem though: he doesn't have a job. He quit his job back in November and is barely even trying to get a new one. He used to be a cashier, so he refuses to apply at any job that deals with serving people in general. It bugs the hell out of me that he won't get off his ass, suck it up, and get a job. He needs the money and we both know it. I bug him about getting a job everyday and he just tells me not to worry and he'll take care of it. He told me yesterday he was getting a new gaming system and that just made me thing "Wow. Now you can put off getting a job even longer."
He doesn't ask me for money and I don't lend it...

I used to be a very big flirt and easy going with the guys
I've had a boyfriend for a while, but we broke up like 2 weeks ago.
There is this other boy in my Spanish class that I have my eye on, he seems really nice and cute.
I don't remember how to flirt, as stupid as that sounds, it's true.
Can anyone give me advice on how I go about talking to him?

if your bf of one year physically hurts you..like kicks you in the leg..punches you in stomcach..throws you on the ground..pins you down..grabs you by the jaw..you get the picture..well anyway if that happened to you..and you have been together for a year and nothing like that ever happened..what would you do? would you forgive him? after how long? would you make him get help? i mean..we've all done really dumb stuff before...

Hey. I'm 15 years old. I have never had a boyfriend, but guys have been interested in me...eh immaturity in guys sucks..but thats besides the point..totally diff. story ha. I really like this guy named Chris, and I think he might like me too but I'm not sure. He's kind of shy but whenever I talk to him in person he laughs a lot at all of my jokes. But, I don't have any classes with him so I can hardly ever talk to him unless we're both at school early or something. Our school has laptops and we have emails for our school so we email each other all night basically. I tried to ask him who he likes but all he said was "I don't Know who I like". I'm sixteen now and I've never had any desire for a boyfriend. I've never had one, either. It's not like guys don't flirt or ask me out, I'm just never interested. So it's not a self-esteem issue or anything. About two years ago I met this guy at a show and I was just, like, instantly infatuated with him. He told a few of my friends that he thought I was pretty, and I was happy, and I smiled at him a lot and he smiled a lot at me and then one day I just didn't see him at shows anymore or at school and it just stopped. I know he's still around, my friends know him. My point is that I can't stop thinking about this kid. I feel like I compare every other boy to him and I barely know him. What can I do to stop thinking about him?

So theres this boy. I met him almost a year ago and like him ever since then. He says he knows that i like him, but i dont think he really knows how much. The problem is that he went out with one of my good friends and i help him with everything with it. After they broke up a few months later we hooked up a few times, and i thought he liked me, but he told my best friend that he liked me for like a few days and he doesnt know now. But the problem now is that he's going out with another one of my friends, but acts like he's going out with me or something else..
i dont know what to do now.

i've liked this guy for awhile, and this weekend i was convinced to ask him out and i did (my friend had asked him if he'd say yes and he said maybe, and in his world maybe could mean anything). i asked him out and then instead of answering he invites me, my friend, and his friend into an aim chatroom and starts ignoring me whenever i asked him to answer the question cause he was taking it as a joke. and today, i look at my phone 5 minutes before school ends and he was calling.i couldnt answer till the bell rang and by then it had gone to voicemail. i called him back after the bell and he answer but no one was talking, i heard a bunch of wind. i asked him why he called online today, and he didnt answer. what does this mean? hes a reall...

heyy, im a 15 (nearly 16) year old girl. im having baddd problems with both my boyfriend and my Friends. i know the expression "Chicks before Dicks" but that isnt working. i dont hang out with my friends as much i'd like to. and i hang out with my boy every weekend (his grandma lives across the street and he lives 30 mins away) so every time i make plans with my friends on the weekends he cant help but to get upset. i love spending time with him, but i need friends, you know. i dont know if i should break it off. i've been with him for 9 months now. i've been trying to work it out but it's not working. my friends dont like him either. they think he is trouble. bhe is also one of my best friend ex.

i am a 17 year old chick and i lost my virginity to a good friend on the weekend...this is really lame but i think i love him. i have been really good friends with him for a while and i asked him out and he rejected me but then we ended up hooking up and now he kind of just ditched me. because he isn't sure if it feels right. he didnt use me.
Anyway, being really rash and without thinking about it i told him i hated him and to get lost...so he did. but now i want to give him the chance to explain and to let me know what happened. things just don't add up. im sure he wasn;t using me, but then why did he do it?? i am so confused and all i want to do is talk to him, my question is, how long do i leave it?? its hard to stay away ...
