blue streaks in my hair

What do i do? im 13 and i wont to put blue streaks in my hair and my mom even said i could but, i dont wont to bleach my hair. i've looked on the cumputer for ideas on what to do because my hair is little brown (becuase i have died it many times). i don't know what to do! but i was wondering if i should just die my hair blond then put blue streaks in my hair.

Okay, I ordered the 32GB Ipad2 ... very excited. I also ordered the smart cover case in pink. Now I want a carrying case from Vera Bradley. They have the regular case and then the mini laptop. I want to get the one that will fit the Ipad in ... with its smart cover case on... should I get the regular laptop case? idk the dimensions of the Ipad with the smart case on... advice... please

How to cure face redness?

Okay, so my face naturally is red all the time, so I believe I have sensitive skin, and I use face washes for sensitive skin also, and stuff to clear the redness.
It doesn't really work :/ I hate it. I can't use any acne medication, for my acne..(Don't have a lot of acne but some ..) because it will make my face beat red, and sore like a sunburn >.> So I've stopped using medication on my face, all together and I just wash my face twice a day (Once in the morning, and at night) with a blemish clearer, etc. I don't wear much make up, hardly any..so I don't know what to do. -.-
Please give me some advice, and I don't want to go out and by anymore washes, or creams becaus...

I have been with my boyfriend for about three months now. Of course, my mom doesn't know. Only because my past two relationships have ended badly and she doesn't want me dating because she doesn't want to deal with the breakup depression I go through. That, and I'm very emotional with guys. I am grateful that she wants me safe, but I'm grown now. She can't keep me safe forever.
Yesterday she told me she found out. I was talking to my friend on the phone outside, and my mom asked what I was talking about. I told her I would tell her if I wanted her to know. And my mom said, "You didn't tell me you and Semaj were datin...

Best friend/boyfriend's old landline rang!

OMg.... sometimes just because, i call my bestfrend/ boyfriends old landline, and its not supposed to ring. He lived with his grandpa and his grandpa died over the summer while he and his half brother were gone for a little while and the trailer and its contents r allready gone. well anyway, i called the number (even though i knew i would just get the whole "This number is dissconnected" thing, and it rang!!! It rang and then white noise followed after it had been "answered".... His grandpa did die of a heartattack in the house.... Coiuld he hav answered?
PS Ive allways wished i would calll and Brendon would answer; just like normal...Like he had never left and his grandpaw had never died. I allways hoped...

First off sorry if this is long.
I have a really big problem trusting people, I know your probably thinking "baby" or something but ill try and explain. Well since I was born ive been lied to left right and centre by supposed friends, adults and family members, people who I thought I could trust have just blatently lied to me.
Too be honest its got me really depressed. I cant feel I can trust anyone anymore, people say "Oh not everyones the same." But what the people dont understand is that everythings been a lie, I cant trust anyone... Now ive met this girl and she says I can trust her, I dont know what did it but I believed her, I trust her more than I have ever trusted anyone in my life, I dont ...

So it's been a month now since I broke up with my ex bf. I have a new bf and he sees pictures of me and my ex on his facebook all the time ...it kinda bothers him...no wait it really bothers him and he asked me why my ex has those pictures up still and I told him I don't know. Well last night my ex text me about something I don't remember and I asked him to put the pictures down. He told me that he wouldn't and I quote "I don't care for your relationsips these are my pictures and I want to remember what we had" I don't care what he does in his private home but I just don't want to see pictures of us on facebook like it doesn't look cool. I don't know why he's acting like this, what can I do to have him at least put them in a private file or something?

My Ex boyfriend broke up with me when we were very much in love. Other people pretty much got involved in our relationship WAY TOO much, and I know we shouldn't of let them but I was the main one for letting it get in the way.
Any way he tried and tried to make me stay friends with him and he said he thinks it's "So stupid" that I won't stay friends with him, I explained that this is to help me move on. So he tells my friend "Why won't Nicole just speak to me?" Why is he that bothered about it?
Also he saw me and a guy hanging out at college and I spoke to him later that day and he said "you might start dating that guy y'know and then you might break up and then we might get back togeth...

Right side of neck sore

Hi I am a teenager. In the middle of the day I noticied the right side of my neck was really sore. It doesn't hurt to move it side to side but it hurts to pull it back. Then when doing chrunches I would lift my neck and then again the right side of my neck would hurt. It feels like I pulled a muscle in my neck! I do ballet and my class was yesterday so that could be it. I also have been really stressed with school and I left the pilliow I ussually use at a friends house. So what's with my neck? And how can I make it less sore?

I recently met this guy 2 weeks ago, I barely know him and he recently had a bad previous relationship. He sometimes talks about his ex, and he says that he doesnt want her to get hurt and all that stuff and about her bf. Then he told me that I should learn how to kiss and be a grown women and im only 16 and he's 23..I know!
but then again, he says that I'm really important to him and that he really likes me. and I'm falling in love with him really badly

hey guys so i got a virus on my comp :( and im really scared cause of all my music and pics. are they going to be deleted if i send my comp to a comp engineer? last time that when i sent my comp to fix everything got deleted. i wanted to email them to my account but its not letting me go online cause of the virus. what can i do to save my pics and music? i dont have a flashdrive and i heard theyre expensive so any other ideas? thankyou so much.
