IPad 2 , smart cover, and Vera Bradley

Okay, I ordered the 32GB Ipad2 ... very excited. I also ordered the smart cover case in pink. Now I want a carrying case from Vera Bradley. They have the regular case and then the mini laptop. I want to get the one that will fit the Ipad in ... with its smart cover case on... should I get the regular laptop case? idk the dimensions of the Ipad with the smart case on... advice... please

Hi there :)
The iPad dimensions are:
9.5 inches tall x 7.31 wide x 0.34 thick

The whole point of the smart cover case is that its supposed to be thin, so it wont be too bulky, or drastically change the dimensions.

A Vera Bradley Mini Laptop case dimensions are:
11 inches tall x 8 wide x 2 thick.

So the iPad will fit into the bag, and the vera bradley website says "secure your...iPad..".

The question now is whether the ipad with the smart cover will fit in the bag? Absolutely, because the cover is so incredibly thin, it wont change the dimensions enough for it not to fit into the Vera Bradley Mini Laptop bag.
