need advice on how to tell someone that im sorry

ok well theres this girl that i want to tell that im sorry.
heres the situation: we met in math class, started to talk(via IM) and it was going really good. but then she told me she liked someone else that went to a different school and i felt akward around her. and then i just ignored her. i know it was the stupid thing the do. and now i feel guilty and want to start talking to her. but i want to tell her that im sorry for ignoring her and i dont know how to say it. i dont just want to say im sorry for ignoring you last year cause that doesnt have any meaning.
heres the question: how do i tell her that im sorry for ignoring her without just saying im sorry?

I'm about thirty pounds overweight (yeah, I'm working on that), and I don't look the best.
But, I like to think I have a good personality, I know I have a pretty good sense of humor, and I must be smart-ish, at least, because I've been in Pre-IB for two years.
So, do you guys have any tips on scoring a nice, funny, cute guy?

I'm a magnet for mishaps when it comes to locking lips, tongue hockey just isn't my sport, you see.

I was at my bestfriends house spending the night and her bother was there so we was chillin me and my best friend her brother had called his friend to come over so then lyk 10-20 min later someone was knocking on the door and my bestfriends brother answered it 2 people came in the first one walked in and i looked at the 2nd one lets call him style so then they went to my bestfriends brothers room so then the boys came out of the room and went to the balcony to smoke... ok well my bf and i have been going out for 10 or 11 months. we dont hold hands (only have once), we barely ever kiss and when we do its a peck on the lips, and we do hug alot, he doesnt really tell me how much he loves me, and im kinda tired waiting for him to make a move, beacuse im afraid to! i dont know what to do! i love him, but im afraid of making any move, kissing him, holding hands, ect.
what should i do??? im a bit upset b/c he acts like a kid most of the time (b/c of his younger siblings) and he made fun of alot b/c hes chubby (b/c he had a type of cancer, and the chemo made him gain weight)

Whenever I'm in a car, I'll look over and they'll be a hott guy in the car next to me and he'll be STARING at me. It's so annoying! Guys always do that. And I went to Yankee Stadium and guys were staring at my ass and I wasn't wearing anything revealing! And like if there's a car in front of me, I'll be in the front seat and boys will turn around and stare me down. It's embarassing! Especially when I'm with my dad, haha. I'm only 13! I don't do anything to make them look either. Yet no one in my school even gives two looks at me. I don't get it!! Does this ever happen to any of you? I can't go a day without a random 15 year old guy flirting with me. It's kinda fun when I'm with my friends but when I'm with my parents it's like AH GE...

ok i went out w/ my boyfriend for almost a year. then i broke up w/ him & he went out w/ this girl like not that long after.. and shes like a total whore & she was a total bitch to me & completely destroyed the friendship me & this guy had (bc she was mad that it took so long for her to get him to ask her out) so he broke up w/ her & now were friends again.. but now hes like asking me to hook up w/ him? what does all this mean.. i think its kinda weird

well theres this kid ive liked, but i dont like em anymore cuz he was bein a jerk to me. but today when my friend invited em to house of guitars, ive fallen for em again.its like i hate em til i see em again and then im fallen.bbut the problem is i have a boyfriend, and even tho hes never around cuz hes in the marines i love em to death. help!

okay so i'll get right to the chase..
i liked this boy an awful lot. and he told a mutual friend he thought i was hot. so one day i was smoking with his brother at their house and he came home and played guitar for me then we ended up hooking up. his brother is away at camp for a week so i havent been over their house, but the boy i hokedup with hasnt talked to me since. was he just using me because i was under the influence. and is it taking advantage if i wanted it wen i was sober?? thanks, i appreciate your honesty =))

my boyfriend kisses me on the lips a lot; just a peck. its usually spontaneous and I don't mind, I think its sweet. but I'm usually caught off guard so I end up missing his lips or something, and then I feel like an idiot. I've made out and I know I'm not bad but I get clumsy when it comes to that simple peck. any advice for me?

This guy and I hooked up at a party and I didn't think it'd be anything more because he's kind of got a repuation as being a... manwhore... But it turns out that he likes me which is cool... Except he doesn't hit on girls. They hit on him. And I'm the same way. I just don't hit on guys, they've always had to come to me. The only reason we had enough courage to get with each other in the 1st place was because we were drunk. So how do I initiate something with him SOBER? lol. I've been with my boyfriend for a year. We love eachother, believe it or not. I just have hard times showing it. Like i mean we can hold hands and hug but I want to show I love him, not just say "i love you so much baby". What are some signs that a guy likes a girl?
I just needed to know cause i think this guy likes me but guys are really confusing w/ like there 'signals' (i guess you could call them) fo weither they like you or not.
