14/f - are there any excercises that you find effective to help my upper-inner thighs? i'm 4'11" & weigh about 92 pounds; so i'm small for my age but i have a problem with my thighs ; like when i sit down they spread out which i know happens to evreyone but i'd just like to make them slimmer. thanks! =]

ok so im 15/f and im not what you would call fat, but im not what you would call skinny either. i weigh 120 pounds and i want to lose 15, and i kind of want abs. the problem is i have really bad asthma and i cant go running for 2 minutes without like hyperventelating(sp?). and running is supposed to keep you in shape, yet i can't seem to do that. well i was wondering if there was any plans that i could go on without having to pay or sign up for anything. because i have no clue on how to lose 15 pounds. people on tv losing weight, like made, make it look so easy, and i always wonder how. i just want to get in shape so i can feel good, not to starve myself. and i was wondering what are some really good exercises to build up abs, and arm and ...

Okay, everyone asks these but here goes.
I'm around 5'6, Im not positive of my height.
I weigh around 140 - 150

I want to weigh about 120 or 130
somewhere around there.



Any suggestions.
How much should I be running?
And what should I be eating?

Hey
ima soccer player and im really athletic and in shape 15/f by the way
anywho I have a pretty good body(like muscle/toned wise) and I tore abunch of ligaments in my ankle so I havnt been able to run or walk cause im on crutches
anyway I was wondering if there are exercises that I can do to keep up my leg strength and core strength, where I dont have to run

Sorry, but yeah, it's the "d" word questions: diet.
Sort of anyway.

I'm 15/f, a vegetarian [not for weight lose, mind you], and I want to lose weight in my stomach, thighs, and legs. Up to 20lbs if possible in roughly 40 days [Probably not possible if I go at it the healthy way]

When summer began, I was pretty good about exercising every other day, but my eating habits failed like crazy so my exercising went down the drain. I've gotten lazy and stopped exercising. School starts in September, which gives me about 40 days to exercise. Recently I've been getting back on track with eating healthily.

So this is my plan for the rest of the summer:
7 Days a week, I'm going to ...

Okay I asked a question before but I said it wrong this is what I ment is that im skinny and all like skinny skinny but I dont really have the curves like body curves and stuff and I was wondering what can you do to get curves like a models body does. If you know what I mean.

140 lbs/160 cm

I go to the gym atleast 3 times a week (not this week though because I was sick), been doing it for about 1.5 weeks and don't eat junk foods/have only 3 meals a day, not including snack time which is fruits.

A few questions!

When should I start noticing weight loss?
Is losing 10 lbs in 3 weeks healthy?
And lastly, how does someone lose 4-5 lbs a week in a healthy way since I read it in another question... is it based on how much you weigh to begin with?

I am about 5 foot seven or eight and weigh about 12 stones :-S...is that really overweight? Im really depressed about it and my mums no help because she actually calls me fat to my face and when i try to wear shorts she sort of scowls at me.
Any tips on how to lose weight?...ive tried execising but i don't see a difference...ive even tried starving myself but im such a pig so i cave within the first 3 hours.

Okay I'm 17/m,

Currently I'm living on the top floor of a 3 story building. I have an ingrown toenail and weak lungs (asthma). I'm looking for ways to toughen up my body, make it firmer than it is. I do a lot of cardio-activity but for the last 8-10 months I haven't seen any results in my midsection. I want to strengthen my biceps, chest and stomach so if anyone has any tips they're greatly appreciated.

I wanna loose weight, but I don't do many active things. Does meditation and yoga help loose weight? I'm a 13/f and I weight 119. I wanna loose 20 pounds. Yea, i know that's a lot of pounds to loose. I skip breakfast(I don't believe in eating breakfast), I stretch every day, I'm cutting down on the calories I eat. Is there anything I can do to loose weight in a spiritual type way? I'm kinda spiritual so... Plz help, any advice will do!

so i'm thinking on loose 10 - 15lbs by the time school starts.
i'm 145lbs right now and 5'4. i want to weigh at least 130. or just fit into a size 7 by the end of August.
is it possible?
i already got the eating thing down straight.
i just need to know some good excersises. and how often i should use them for.
