If you have 1500 calroies per day, drop it to 1200. see what i'm saying?
don't eat a lot of sugary stuff per day. Eat around 12 tablespoons per day. how do i know how many tablespoons of sugar i'm having? look at the nutritent facts, it should say Sugar: 24grams or something like that. Divide that number by 4 and there ya go. You had 6tablespoons.
work out for a bit longer. maybe 10 miutes than you normally did. it'll boost your metabolism.

No soda, no flavored water, no juice.. etc. Just regular water. Also increase your work outs. Keep pushing your self past your limit. Say you're running a mile and thats your goal, and you reach it, start running a second mile. You just need to make sure you arent pushing your self too hard, cause the body can only handle so much.
ductape_n_roses answered Tuesday July 24 2007, 11:22 pm: First off, congrats on losing the 10lbs!!!
And you should push yourself harder than usual. After losing 10lbs, your body will pobably have gotten used to your exercise/eating habits, thus not burning as much fat as it use to.
So switch your exercise routine to something completely different and something your body won't be expecting. And/or bring it up a notch =) The [sudden] change will make your body work harder & for eating, eat healthy 1200-1700 calories everyday. No sugary goodies =)
