Even though everyone says its impossible, its not. BUT. I don't think you should try to lost 60 pounds in one month. 1) that'd be torture for yourself. 2) you'll have to get surgery, because some of your skinn will just be hanging there. (:
My moms friend lost 100 pounds in like 4 months. and she had to get alot of surgery done, just to get rid of all the hanging skin. So, i don't really recomend you doing it. maybe just lose like 15 pounds a month? and just watch what you eat.. [ holahayley56's advice column | Ask holahayley56 A Question ]

Just start a strict diet if you want that much pounds off.
And when I mean diet, it means EAT but eat healthier. Dont skip breakfast, lunch or dinner. That's NOT the right way to do it.
Limit your breakfast with healthier foods. That also goes with lunch and dinner. Have alot of water and eat alot of fruit. Watch what you eat!!
Also, reguarly excersize every day.
Don't over work yourself, take about 2 hours of your day to excersize.

Doctors and Nutritionists reccommend losing NO MORE than 2-3 pounds a week. That means that you should only lose between 8 and 12 pounds a month. That means it should take you 5 months to lose 60 pounds; not one month.
If you even attempted to lose that much in one month- you'd be losing 15 pounds a week- which is COMPLETELY unhealthy! Your body can only lose so much weight at a time... trying to lose too much is like trying to lick your elbow- its nearly impossible- and if you do it- you'll end up hurting.. really bad.
Please don't do this. If you want to lose weight gradually- just eat right and exercise. Don't take diet pills- they are really bad for you.

Unless you're going go fasting for a month or go get a liposuction, it's pretty much impossible. Even if you do fasting, it's impossible.
30 days in a month. That would mean you'd be losing 2 pounds a day. That's not very healthy if you live through it that is. So don't try to lose a gigantic amount of pounds in a short time. Make realistic goals dear.
